Went to get a Covid test. Called 16 times to check to see if there was appointments needed because their listing says it’s not required. Pulled up to the window and was told they didn’t have any appointments available. So went to make one for the next day and they are charging people $85! Covid tests are supposed to be free! Making money off of sick people is ridiculous. And please- make your phone lines un-busy so people can call ahead and avoid wasting time!

Thank you to The Medicine Shoppe in Jonesborough for getting my husband and I in for the Covid Monoclonal Antibody treatment after we both tested positive for Covid. Ashlie came in on Thanksgiving Day when they were CLOSED to give us our injections. A wonderful staff and amazing pharmacy!
