Pleasant Not Practical - last minute decision decided to order my wife a Bouquet of Lavender (Purple) Roses her favorite. Hard to find you can't just pick these up at a grocery store. Decided to source them locally and found West Knoxville Florist hoping to pickup in person. Nope! NO pickups, delivery only. OK, I still took the hook and paid for delivery. Hours later a Kind gentleman called me back to cancel the delivery citing dangerous Snow and weather as the reason. I totally understand that conditions such as this can prevent services. Don't want to put anyone in danger. Problem was THERE WAS NO SNOW!! Repeatedly I asked if he was located in Knoxville and he said yes. Claimed he had a truck already stuck in the snow. My delivery address was for Lenoir City so I'm sure he assumed that's where I was when he called but when I told him I was on lovell Rd. in Knoxville and there was NO SNOW (no rain, Nothing) he apologized and cancelled the order. In there defense bad weather was supposed to arrive in the area later today. I can understand your concerns for being cautious on what "May happen" But don't lie to me.... There was NO snow in Knoxville at time of cancellation and As of 3PM as I write this (hours past delivery time) there has been no snow yet. Call Petal Pushers - I called Petal Pushers on the other end of town. Nikki was Great!! Not only did she send me a beautiful bouquet for less money but they also delivered the flowers before 12 noon. Exceeded my Expectations. These type of roses are hard enough to find much less sourcing them locally with same day delivery. Petal Pushers will definitely be my go to Florist for Anniversaries to come.

Great experience!!! Very easy and fast. Not from the area and I hadn’t sent flowers to a hospital before, and mistakenly used 1800 flowers website. They misdelivered, didn’t tell me for a week, then I had to get a refund and couldn’t redeliver for another week. Decided to try a local shop, great value and delivered them within 3 hours on a Friday afternoon. Personally let me know when they were delivered. Very grateful! Should have known a small business is the way to go!!

Ordered here for my wife's birthday. She got an awesome bouquet and way more than I expected for the price. He even switched up the delivery (we both got quarantined) last minute from her work to our home in the next town over. Will definitely use this place again for any other special occasions

This is a wonderful florist! So nice and helpful. It was near closing, yet he took my call and spent time helping with decisions. My excited friend sent a photo of the arrangement, and it was gorgeous! I Will use this florist future! He definitely knows his business!

I ordered a arrangement for my gfs birthday and her favorite flowers were sunflowers. They had this listed on the website and what was delivered was nothing like the photo ordered, not even close. Bear was different, flowers completely off, basket was nothing close, and every single flower was YELLOW mind you I paid $75 for this. I was only informed on the day OF delivery the bear was a different color (which I didn’t mind). I ordered these 2 weeks in advance, it would have been nice to be told up front and BEFORE if there was any major changes. Very disappointing. The reception girl was rude. The owner was polite, but still there was nothing done about it.

I am usually not a fan of florist as I feel like they rip you off. This florist is amazing! I called and they were closing and he took the order and said it would be later that evening before he could deliver it and that was okay. When I showed up to the hospital the arrangement and balloons were there. The arrangement was gorgeous and very large probably one of the prettiest flower arrangements I had ever seen! I don't think I have ever been so happy to see a flower arrangement. This florist will have my business for a very long time! Thank you so much for being an honest florist with beautiful arrangements.

I called up West Knoxville Florist thinking that I had used them before. Turned out that I had not. I live in Augusta, GA and ordering flowers is hard to do over the phone. I was able to explain to Gary what I wanted. I told him that it was for a dear friend of mine who was turning 75. I told Gary I needed something that would POP and boy did he put it together. My friend just happens to be a retired Art Teacher. She stated that would use the arrangement to do a water color piece of art one day Yes, it truly was that beautiful. If you need something impressive, just give Gary a call and let him know what you want and he will definitely take care of. I will definitely use this Florist again.
