There was a new guy on the register that didn't know what he was doing. Not his fault. It was the fault of the shift manager that put him there without enough training and with no backup. The order took forever and I ended up eating something I didn't want because the cashier didn't know how to enter it correctly. I won't be back to this location any time soon.

The manager said her name was Maria, they tried to sell me some dried up chicken and I said I didn't want that, she proceeded to cancel my order instead of cooking fresh food, when I ask her are they going to cook more she tell me it takes 50min for fresh food.. I am a paying customer and I shouldn't ever have to pay for what she want me to have,,, Maria need some training in management.. if your staff see you unprofessional they will act just like you... I will be contacting corporate!!!

The food was alright but if your gonna be working in fastfood learn how to speck English. Just because you don't understand us dose not mean to get an attitude with us because you don't understand what we are saying.. also they where out of light meat an chicken legs all they had left was dark meat left. I give this KFC a 1 star they have could done better

All I can say is the customer service was horrible the girl that took our order told me she could not add a macaroni and cheese onto the order at the window that we would have to drive around when there was no cars behind us then we asked for a receipt and she said sorry the receipt machine isn't working and let the window shut in our face. As we sat there for a second someone else came over and printed a receipt for us. Then the food was horrible. I'll try to download a picture of how they put our buns on top of the chicken. If you like soggy smooshed buns then this is what that is like. This place needs new management or management that oversees what the workers are not doing right and some people that actually care and most definitely realize that we are the customers. If Kentucky Fried Chicken cares about their name they would get a grip of these reviews because I see this store does not have very good reviews. We have owned our own business for 25 years and we know how to treat our customers. It's about time this store picks up their pace and realize the problem they have. I am going to ask for a full refund and give they can get some caring people who take their job seriously.

This food was ordered shortly after they opened. The pot pie was dried out and the crust overcooked. Maybe it was saved from previous days business. The mashed potatoes and gravy were cold.

Found a long thin black hair in my sandwich, the picture doesn't show it that good eventhough I placed it on the bun to try to help it stand out for the camera. Point is it's fricking gross and no one in there wears a hairnet! Why KFC? Are your employees too good to wear a hairnet and keep their nasty hairs out of the food!? $8.22 is alot of money for food that I cannot eat. I got my money back but I would've rather had a hairless meal. This isn't my first incident here so I'm just going to stop going. Raw chicken sandwiches, hair in the food, rude customer service, closes early. I'll just start giving popeyes my money.

Ok I’m confused about the water like gravy did y’all change it or did someone not let it cook long enough or do I take it and boil it myself? Lol!! I did not get 2 mashed potatoes like I ordered and I swear people just don’t care! No pride at all in yourself or your food,eh?! UPDATE.. I was told that people apparently don’t know how to make the gravy.. I suggested maybe somebody’s grandma should come up in there and help them out!!! If y’all serving food that you don’t know how to make, please just keep it!! What person can’t read instructions?!

Went through the drive thru 9/17/2020. I ordered the $30 fill up with 4 extra biscuits & a half gallon of tea (total was 39.60). I get home to eat dinner and find 3 pieces of chicken no bigger than the barbecue sauce packet I obtained with the order. If you want to charge premium dollar for your chicken; you should provide a customer with premium products (just saying). Not yelling at no one so don't take it personally. I STRONGLY URGE EVRYONE TO CHECK YOUR ORDERS!!!!
