Stop for two bags of tootsie pops. Sign said $1:00 a bag. Cashier going to charge me 2.74 . I told sign said 1.00. she tells me about a sign below.so I said that's alright. As I was leaving a man. Asked her how much did I need. She said nothing. If she wants to talk about someone,she could have wait untill I was out of the store.i had left my purse in the car and grabbed a hand full of change. I. Will never stop their again.the candy for my grandkids that I had picked up from school

The staff at this Family Dollar was awesome! Especially Shonte (apologies if I am spelling her name incorrectly). I bought a lot of individual cans. She asked another employee for a box. I had no idea it was for me. The other young lady gave her an empty and she put the cans in the box for me. That was so above and beyond! Plus Shonte was so professional and polite. And the other young lady was so nice to give me the box. Kudos ladies!!!

Turned away 25 minutes prior to closing on Saturday. I've experienced this more than once. Close to closing( like 30 minutes)one of the males will stand near the door with the lights low and the door cracked to discourage customers from coming in. The cashier staed they close Saturdays at 9:30 which is different from what is posted. Cars continued to pull up when I was leaving because they are supposed to close at 10. They need better workers!! Can't close when you FEEL like it.

I arrived 30 minutes before close Not Only Were They Closed.... The 3 of them starred at the other 5 customers and myself like we were crazy and one young man took his shirt off like I'm off. This is very sad SMH please get better workers. This is abusing the job that someone can fill, if you don't want to do your job then don't Work There.TERRIBLE

This family dollar was great. But have a problem with the trash on the outside of the buildings. That is unexceptable. Not only this family dollar but each one in my area and there is 3. Raines Rd., Mt Moriah Ext. and Windchester. The Mt. Moriah store is never clean on the inside. Stuff everywhere. You can't get down the aisles. Boxes every where. Merchandise not put up on the selves. I hate going in there.

I got really good service from,the cashier he was really friendly and very polite I forget his name but he was the assistant manager keep up the good work.

They had 2pk Duracell rechargable batteries marked down from 7.50 to 4.50 had family sticker tag on it and everything, rung up for 7.50, the manager would not honor the 4.50 even though the other items also was marked down to 4.50..bad management..
