I'm black. Handed a $100 bill to pay for my purchase. 1st lady said oh I can't see the face. Then reached for the pen which confirmed it was legit. Then the 2nd Lady takes it & says well someone else has to check it anyway. When she hands it back to the 1st lady, the 2nd lady laughing says to me, 'You did a good job making this one." & Yes each lady was white & each 3 customer service ladies thought that the comment was hilarious!-- Cato's- Millington, TN- store 512/Salesperson #150..if volume works with your camera this can be confirmed.

Good customer service.. Okay selection at times Some of the clothes can be too frumpy.😡. The ladies that work there are always standing or sitting on the curb in front of the store smoking cigarettes. 🚬😥

This is the best Cato's within 25 mi of my house! The people who work there are nice and helpful, the store is clean, well organized, and we'll stocked.
