I had an appointment for 8am this morning for 4 tires and alignment at Airport Tire. I showed up at 7:45, about the same time as another man, who was opening the store. After the “open” sign came on, I entered the store, assuming potential for getting the ball rolling early. The man inside rudely greeted me with, not a “hello” but a “we are not open for another 15 minutes buddy.” Zero eye contact while shuffling papers and a tone equaling the frigid, less than inviting waiting area. I explained that I was aware I was early, I was just checking in. Seeing I was quoted to be there at least 1.5 hours waiting on my vehicle, I asked if the space heater in the waiting area worked. It was a possible freezing temp in there. He said “yeah buddy, I just walked in the door.” Yes, and I was aware of that. I was only asking for future reference. I decided in that moment to cancel my appointment and asked his name. He said “yeah, my name is Rick, I own the place” in a puffed-up/take-that type tone. I explained that I wanted to cancel and I would make sure to leave a review to make sure my horrible customer service was reflected. You cannot just treat people like garbage and expect it to go unnoticed, owner or not. We all have bad days and I wouldn’t make a final verdict over one person’s bad experience, but if there is a pattern, I would certainly take notice. **Update after Owner Response: “should have waited until 8” Well, perhaps he could wait to turn the “OPEN” sign on until 8? And does that give justification for the rest of the behavior and experience? I would be happy to adjust rating with a basic apology, but I suppose the rating is now fully earned.

I got three really good used tires mounted and balanced and put on for $100 bill out the door they did a good job good hospitality long time owner locally owned and operated

Never ever had a problem has always been good I have went there for years matter a fact I’m going there in the the morning to have 4 tires mounted and balanced and alignment done

Honest ! Sent my daughter to Rick and the crew after she was told by another tire shop that she needed 600 bucks worth of suspension parts , airport tire suggests it was the tires and not the suspension, costed her only 50 bucks and the issue went away ! It's good to know there are still "HONEST" car guys out there ! Thanks guys you have earned our trust and future business.

Purchased another new set of tires a few months ago, and went back yesterday to have them balanced and rotated, as well as my brakes checked. They told me my brakes look very good and didn't try to sell me a new set of brake pads. The folks are always so nice, and seem to always get me in and out quickly, and are very honest. Not to mention they save me money on my tires.

If I could give negative stars I would. They not only kept pushing our car to the back of the line when we had a set amount of time we could get a simple balance and rotation done, but on top of that they tried to lie to us about having worked on it when they hadn't touched it. They're shady, dishonest, and all around rude. They refused to make eye contact with us and ignored the fact we were there until it was very clear we were angry. They are the most unprofessional place I've ever been there, customer beware. I wouldn't send my worst enemy to them. I've seen plenty of reviews about how they've screwed up other cars and been all around shady since my incident. I wish I had seen them earlier. NEVER EVER going back

3 reasons I picked this shop out of many in the area they answered the phone and searched my tires quickly they had the best price on the brand tires I requested "cooper as5 great tires btw highly recommend!" and the service was the best I've ever had came in with 4 wheels needing tires I was in and out in 10 to 15 mins at max. The staff really know tires and how to really keep the customers happy. Thanks again for the impeccable service fellas I'm sending everyone that ask where to get tire work.
