Had bought 4 tires of Douglas size 14 on line from the app Walmart to be put on my car the wait was 1hr and 45 minutes. I paid good money to have them done one of my tires was flat the same day it was done. They didn't seal it so had to return to get it fixed again no charge of Course. The service is slow due to shortage of employees. I'm glad I have patience. Thanks , John .

This place is absolutely horrible. I’ve had a 40 thousand dollar SUV sitting in my driveway for 2 days without oil because I had the oil changed there and they never put oil back in. Imagine my excitement when my SUV starts shaking and I check the dip stick and find there’s no oil in the vehicle after having the oil changed the day before. My engine is probably destroyed. It’s been two days of calling and they were supposed to come get it and make everything right but I haven’t heard from them. This is insane. How this isn’t a priority for them blows my mind. I’ll be posting this everywhere and getting my lawyer involved until Walmart makes this right. Service: Oil change

I called, had a flat, n needed a new tire, n when I got my car out there they were extremely nice n helpful. They were short staff n still had me in n out in a very reasonable time!! Thank you so much!! Excellent service!!

Worst auto shop I have ever been to. They were very slow and very rude. It took them 2 hours to find a nail in my tire and then 2 more hours to change it. the only reason I am giving a star is to add this review. Service: Tires

I took my truck in to get two new tires put on the front. I’ve had a pull and a slight bouncing Issue since the tires were put on. Went to a tire specialist today to find out that they put a bigger tire on the driver side in the correct tire on the passenger side. When a manager was contacted He tried to tell me that they weren’t responsible and because my ex-boyfriend was the one working at the time that this has nothing to do with him but has everything to do with my ex and our relationship. Piss poor management is the issue and the fact that they hire people that like to drink on the job and not pay attention to what they are doing. I would highly highly highly advise going somewhere else. This could cost me upwards of Over $4000 in repairs

Made an appointment for 7am for 4 tires. I was very specific about my schedule because their shop is 45 minutes away. I was just going to pick up a tires and have them installed at a shop closer to my home but the gentleman assured me they could get it done in 45 so my son could get to school and I could get to work on time. I figured in about an hour for paperwork and questions and anything else that might occur. It took nearly two hours. There was a dog in the shop that they were more interested in. When we spoke up about the inconvenience, we were just told to have a nice day. Next time I'll just go with my gut and use a local shop.

Had my oil changed on 6/15/19. On 6/20/19 I noticed the smell of burning oil and assumed they had spilled some while refilling it and it was just burning off. Over the course of the next week, I continued to smell the smell of oil, so I checked the level. Whoever performed my oil change did not replace the o-ring. Called the store to let the manager know so that this problem does not happen again and he was very helpful. Probably won’t be taking my car here again.

Very poor service. I live paycheck to paycheck. I had to save money to purchase two front tires. I got paid today and went straight there after work. Arrived at 6:45, no one was at the register to buy tires. I had to find someone to help me. Finally after waiting for 20 minutes , they sent a guy in to wait on me. I was told they were not taking any new customers. I told them I live 45 minutes away and my tires had the wires showing and were losing air. Could they please help me. They said they would ask the service manager Mark. They paged him 3 times and after another 20 minutes and no Mark. He ended up pulling up outside. They asked him and he told them No, because he wanted to get home. The guy said I would just have to drive it and hope for the best. I spoke to Mark then he said that it would be after 11pm if they stayed to put my tires on and they couldn't do that. One car was in the bay when I left at 7:30. I'm pretty sure it doesn't take 3 1/2 hours to change two front tires. Will not be shopping at this location anymore. I will be using the East End location.

Do not go here!!!!! On Sunday I was given a Quote. When I went back to order my tires I was told they was closed but they wasn't.The manager Mark apologized sincerely for me being told they was closed. Finally ordered my tires on Monday and was told I could come in at 6:30 on Tuesday for service. Get there to find out it will be 8:00 before they can get to my car. Went to customer service and the helpful manager Barbara ensured me my car would be next in the bay. It wasn't! The man in the shop seemed to have the slightest idea or care in the world. Was there til 8:30 plus was charged $50 more than quoted. This was the 1st time and last time I use the auto service here.
