They fixed the problem with my car for a reasonable price. However I wasn't impressed that when I dropped it off for the appointment they didn't seem to know anything about it and I had to give them my info again, including the details of the problem. Instead of writing up a work order or estimate he just jotted it down on the blotter on his desk. He said he couldn't give me an exact cost for evaluating it because it depended on what tests they decided to do. They promised to evaluate it and call me back that day or the next but never did. I called them 2 days later and found they had been working on it and had ordered parts to see if it fixed the problem (even though I had not authorized any repairs). They said they could return one part if I didn't want it but the other (spark plugs) would not be returnable after trying it. Also, they were too busy to work on my car themselves so they transferred it to a garage a couple miles away without telling me. I might not have had a problem with the repair time, parts, or subcontractor if they had just communicated it in advance instead of waiting until I asked afterward to explain it.

We went in to fix a oil leak. They charged us 650 and told us it would be good to run. We picked the car up took it home and opened the hood to see a whole new piece in the engine and realized why it costed us so much. This was added without our consent and this piece made the car worse and the piece itself leaked oil everywhere. We went back and was told “there’s nothing we can do about it now” “ bring it back next week” Service: Engine repair

It is ILLEGAL to put parts into a car without the owners consent. Especially when the owner specifically told you to call before putting anything into the car. But it seems old Ivan has a reputation for doing that. Then when you tell him you are unhappy he tries to bully you by cussing and screaming. Well Buttercup you tried bullying the wrong person. Ivan replaced a transmission for me. He found and installed a used transmission a couple months ago and it has worked great for me. He did the work in a timely manner considering he had other work in front of me. His prices are not bad either i would totally recommend anyone to go to him for any mechanic work. Call for a quote and see what he can do for you

Just left with my van from here I loved the honesty timing of the work and communication. Yeah the guy in the office was soured but I overlooked it due to his honesty and helpfulness. I recommend anyone to have there work done here. They will not screw you.

Ivan and his crew have worked on several of my cars, the last being my 2001 Ford van. He put a new motor in and added several new parts at a very reasonable cost. He stands behind his work and is honest when it comes to getting you back on the road. Quality of work is exceptional.
