The fitting rooms are dirty, the floors are disgusting...the one I went into had a couple dirty bandaids on the floor and tissues. Doesn't anyone check these after people use them. Then I waited in line for 3 people ahead of me and had to listen to the cashier complain about her headache at least 4 times. NO KIDDING....everyone that come up. Customers or other employees. Not to mention when I was in the back of the store, by dresses. I heard 2 employees out on the floor, saying about..when a certain customer comes in, the one girl didn't want to deal with her today. She even stated what race the customer is. REALLY ..Come on people, you should be ashamed. Always remember Customers are everywhere, watch what is being said.....totally rude.

Large store with lots of clothes but they have really pitiful junk everywhere in that store. It’s a shame they don’t have nicer things

Rude. Rude. Rude. 5:30 pm and I guess they stop taking donations at 5 pm. I asked the person working what I should do with my donations since he informed me that they don't take after 5 pm. No response from employee #1 , another employee asked same question, no response. I did call the manager. I understand you may have an abundance of donations, but don't make excuses for not taking and dont be rude.. If you dont want, let me know, I'll take my donations elsewhere. And, if an item is marked a certain price, you sell it for that. It's not the customers fault if YOU priced it wrong.

Used to be the best store in morrristown. Prices have gotten way too high recently, inflation shouldn't affect stuff you're getting for free especially for a company that's does the least for there employees and charity.

These things here sure show the love of people is still strong. God's love will conquer all thank you for the stuff was very much needed to help the folks that were helped by the goodwill of man thank u people for kind aray of abundance.

From a recent visit, I was impressed that the store was organized and well stocked. However, I did notice that for donated items, prices seemed high (similar to a Karm store). So, I passed on the pack of (12) wooden pencils for $2.

My son had an item he found for $1.99 in the toys. We get up to the register and she goes I cannot sell this to you and takes it to a person in the back. She goes this should have been in the case. They said they would sell it for $4.99. She said someone new was pricing things. My son was disappointed. We didn’t get the item. You cannot just change prices once someone wants something. It’s not my sons fault they don’t train their employees better so they price things correctly the first time. All items are free to them so for them to do that to someone is unethical! Goodwill is FOR profit and the CEO likes his pockets.

It is a very lovely place. But I didn't get to enjoy as much of the shopping experience as much as I wanted to as I had a couple of other things that I had to take care of immediately before I could even think about checking out with favorite items. But I will be back. I love a lot of their cute clothes that may fit me. I just hope that they let people use the fitting rooms again very soon. Thank you!

The prices are great and the sales are even better. This visit I found very nice dress for $6.99, when I got to the register it was only $3.50! It is a very large store and it is also well organized.
