I dropped my purse off for repair in December 15, 2021 and still have not received it back yet. Plus no one even bothers to give me periodic updates. What's even more disturbing is the person I spoke with in customer service this morning, says my person is the smaller size bag which it's not. It's the larger neverfull bought back in 2014. Who know where my purse is. This is very concerning.

Worst customer service ever. Ordered two purses to be shipped to my nieces as a birthday present and the sales guy was only interested in making his commission and didn’t listen to me when I told him one place was an apartment and make sure the apartment number and the correct address is written down and we get notifications to when it’s going to be delivered. He assured me that would happen. Well the idiot did not put the apartment number down and I spent an hour on the phone with UPS and LV customer service because you can’t call the store directly. I was told the only person that could put the correct address and contact UPS would be the store that I purchased it from. And they would call me in 48 hours or at their convenience. I have been an excellent customer for numerous years I will never ever buy anything LV again and will tell everyone to do the same. No wonder counterfeit is so rampant. It needs to be because the authentic LV is a joke.

NOT A CRITIC! JUST A CUSTOMER! 8/10/22 Sat, mid afternoon Located inside Greenhills Mall, easy to find, no wait although it can be during peak holiday seasons. Greeted at the door as well as while walking through the store. There was a constant flow of shoppers browsing around comfortably, a CA did asked if we needed help, we browsed a bit more and then another CA helped us. I really want to give a big Thanks! to. 🧡💎 ZULAYKHO 💎🧡 She made the overall experience a great one🙃 She was *patient*friendly*welcoming*inclusive *knowledgeable and *very thorough💎💎💎💎 She helped me find the handbag that was just right for me because the bag I initially shopped for just didnt make me smile.....and she noticed my lack of enthusiasm (lol) but shortly she stepped away she returned, she did an AWESOME JOB in finding one that fits me PERFECTLY and I ABSOLUTELY LOVE IT 😉🎉🙃💎🎉 🧡🙃💎🎉 We ordered on Saturday and I picked it up on Monday. First off If I could give zero star i would I had a terrible experience at a USA store at Green Hill's mall in Tennessee and felt like I was being racially profiled in a store by an employee for being Asian. The first white male employee initially asked if I wanted to be on the list, I responded with no thanks we are just browsing. While browsing I saw a Keepall that I was interested in and asked another female employee where can I find the price. The male employee proceeded to come over and stated " you are messing up my list and the queue by pulling my employee away" and he also said " Asians" under his breath as he walked away.

From the moment my son and I walked in the store, we were immediately given THE BEST VIP service from Megan Peoples. She was the nicest, sweetest, and most helpful. She really catered to just me and my son. She was very knowledgeable and could answer every question I asked. She brought everything to me. I never had to get up to find anything because she stayed by our side. I have honestly never felt that special before in any store. She was also very sweet to my son and helped him pick out a wallet for himself. We were offered drinks and treated with kindness by everyone. I never even had to get up to make my purchases. Megan was able to bring everything to us so that we could stay seated at the table. I had to order my purse since the color I wanted was not available in the store. Even though I spent a great deal of money, to me at least, I was not even mad that I’m having to wait on shipping. I highly, highly recommend this store/location and also Megan, my client advisor. We had to wait about an hour to get in the store but it was so worth it!!

Very stuck up employees except for the lovely lady who I spoke to at the door. The men paid more attention to the tacky customers covered in branded clothing then me and my husband. We also had to ask multiple times to be put on the waiting list. Due to this, we decided to shop elsewhere. To bad they didn’t get our money because Gucci and Tiffany sure did. Be aware that they are rude and only want to help people who wear every piece of jewelry they own to go to a mall.

This is probably the WORSE LV store we had ever visited and we had visited quite a few. They used to be good with friendly sales people and then all of a sudden everything changed. My wife bought a LV purse there and after a few months defects appeared on the bag (a small hole) and when we tried to get the store to help us repair it they told us the warranty for their purses is only for One month (it is true that LV does not give more than a 30-day warranty). Interestingly, when later we visited the LV store at Toronto, Canada (downtown), the people there were so nice (even treated us with mineral water) and they volunteered to send the purse back for repair but since we had to return to the States we decided not to do that. We did buy a purse from them and took it all the way back to USA but it was worth it. The Nashville store is very small, barely has any purses to show and the sales people inside were condescending and very unfriendly, looking down at many customers who did not meet their standards, basically totally ignored them. My wife and my daughter did not like shopping there. I believe this store may close when we have another recession. People have to be crazy to shop in a place like this. You will feel the same if you just visit it one time.

So annoyed! Had to wait an hour for an exchange!!! So freaking mad! I wanted a 20 min mall experience! Now I’m sitting here bored, frustrated and upset… update the manager helped me and was totally awesome made me forget how annoyed I was with the lil guy at the door..

Other than the idea that they made you wait outside because they were understaffed. This Louis Vuitton staff They were all very professional very helpful I just wish the corporate structure would trust their employees better I had to drive all the way to the store to find out if they had a product because the phone number wanted to do nothing but sell me something and I'm sorry but when I spend a $1000 or more on a product I wanna Hold it in my hand not order it through the mail

So let me start off by saying I called before coming to the store. I purchased a bag in La Vegas and when I got home noticed it had some scuff marks on it. When I called they said they could swap my bag out and put heat stamp on my daughters perfume. Got to the store no line no customers inside. I was let in the store not one worker greeted or ask to help me. I had to go to the counter and get help. I was then told they refused to swap my purchase and I had to deal with the store in Vegas. I think that’s crazy because it’s LV. Then they were not able to stamp my daughters perfume they claim machine was down but was told prior it could be done. The standard they preach about for LV was not met here at all. Kali is who told me that the bag should have never been sold to me and they would not take this as return. My issue is if I would have purchased it from this store I assume I would have the same result. I felt as they didn’t want to be bothered but wanted to trash the other store and then wanted me to contact to tell them what the other store said. At the end of day I got a return label to send back to Vegas and a new bag is coming but as that store said my local store could have done the exact same thing. They were upset I wasn’t spending money they wanted me to purchase a leather bag instead of what o had it seemed. I have heard a lot about this location and I can say I will not return.
