My son is Type 1 diabetic. Other major pharmacies have been a pain refilling his monthly scripts. Owner had made SURE! that i have everything i need in a timely fashioned & covered by my sons insurance. Hands down beat pharmacy i have ever used!! Such a cute small family vibe! I had gotten so used to big corporate pharmacies like CVS and it was always a terrible experience. They were always so difficult to work with but I hated change. It took a couple months but I was convinced to switch to Village RX and I will never go back to the corporate companies ever! Everyone at Village RX is so kind and helpful. When I call I can talk to someone quickly and have even had my pharmacist offer to bring by my medication since I’m just down the road (they were closing and I really needed medication for my sick kiddo). As long as I live here I will be giving them my business.

This place is the best. Tom is super nice & very knowledgeable. If he doesn’t have what you need, he’ll get it for you the next day. He helped me move all my prescriptions over from Kroger. Love VillageRX.

During the latest ice/snow event I ran out of my medicine. I called to get it filled but stated I wouldn’t be able to get it until everything thawed out. Tom offered to bring my medication to me because he had a couple of other deliveries he was making to help people out. This man drove to my house and came to my door to bring my medicine to me. I highly recommend Village Rx. I have nothing but great things to say about them!! I went from a well known chain pharmacy being made to feel as if I bothered them and being treated very rudely, to having this pharmacy texting me to wish me happy birthday and Tom bringing my medication! Thank you so much!!

Love having such a convenient pharmacy in the village! They are always so friendly and helpful and have to be, hands down, the quickest script fill around! I am so glad I switched my prescriptions here! Side Perk: they have Dippin’ Dots ice cream and an entire store of health supplies!!! Highly recommend!

I was recently put on a new medicine for my Acne that has a lot of pickup restrictions. It became a nightmare to pick up at Kroger Pharmacy. I called Village RXs to see if this was something they can provide me. They were able to sign up for the program associated to my medicine and a month later I was able to pick up my medicine from Village RX with no issues!! Thomas goes above and beyond for his customers. So happy to have found Village RX!
