I have no lashes now, I had a mega set and 1 fill. I went to a specialist after noticing I had no lashes in many places , we tried to get the remaining globs of lashes removed but they were put on so poorly we couldn’t remove them. I’m in shock! I’ve had lash extensions multiple times over the years and never had my lashes been treated so poorly! Service: Eyelash extensions

I saw Laura today and she picked a perfect hairstyle for my face and my age. I love it. she is very kind, professional and & knowledgeable. I had recently had a hair salon burn my hair with a permanent. Laura was able to cut and style my hair taking off most of damaged hair of the permit that was breaking. I'll be going back. I feel like in all the years I've gone to hairdressers I finally have a very special fine in Laura.

I scheduled in for a blowout before my baby shower. I had never been to Mila’s but they had glowing Google reviews so I thought they would be a good choice. They were located right near where my shower was being held, too. When I arrived, they said that they couldn’t accommodate me. Two of their stylists had left, apparently. I told them it was my baby shower and that I hadn’t even washed my hair, let alone style it. I asked why they couldn’t have called me ahead of time so I could have at least washed my hair for my baby shower instead of wasting my time coming in for an appointment that couldn’t be honored. The owner, Mila, said she was “busy with clients”. First of all, the place was dead. Second of all, what kind of customer service is that? After 15 minutes of being given the runaround, they said they could take me at 3:00, an hour after my original appointment. That was the start time for my shower. They did not offer an alternative. Another woman arrived with an appointment at the same time as mine, and they took her. She was a cut and color, so clearly she was a more valuable client. I am disgusted by the lack of customer service at this place. I’m sorry I chose it for such a special occasion. Please learn from my experience and steer clear. Service: Hairstyling

I asked for a perm. This is what happened. Follow the pictures in order of numbered caption. I was still charged $120 and I’m too nice and paid. Older Male stylist who’s been one for decades did it. IN RESPONSE TO YOUR REPLY OF MY POST: He advised me that my hair would be fine to perm, we’d do a trim and then the perm and he’d use a perm solution that is typically for bleached hair even though mine has not had bleach in it in over 3 years. Secondly, how would you know, IF YOU WEREN’T EVEN THERE?? Not when I arrived, not when I left. It is so disappointing to me, that you think I would opt to risk my hair if I was repeatedly told not to do it! If he had repeatedly advised me NOT to do it, and I insisted (as you claim) then he (being a perm specialist for 30 years like you also claim) should’ve done a strand test. MAYBE you should retract your comment (that I’ve now added a screenshot of to this post for others to reference) and be a good business owner, and make an honest attempt to rectify it instead of blaming a customer and making accusations when you weren’t present, at all. Mila's hair salon is the only salon that can touch my hair. Griselda is my go-to stylist and I don't know what my hair would do without her. I made an appointment to add dimension to my hair. I showed Griselda a couple photos of what I wanted and as always, she nailed it. I am so happy with the result and I cant wait for my next appointment. I needed to find a hairstylist because I had just moved into the area. I called Mila to get a same day appointment and she was able to fit me in. When I arrived to the shop she played really good music while I waited for her to finish with her previous client. She was very skilled and professional. I watched her clean and sanitize her station between her previous client and me. She did an amazing job on my hair and even made good suggestions on how to care for my extensions. I have been visiting this salon for many years now and still happy with their excellent work and attitude. It feels like visiting a circle friends where people are attentive, personal, eager to fulfill customer's needs. The salon is always immaculately clean, inviting and cozy. Mila is highly skilled and has a particular talent in dying hair (great colors' understanding). In the same time, she respectfully listens to customer's ideas, gives professional advise and encourages mutual decisions made together with a customer.
