Online, it states that the store closes at 9 pm, but when I went to this store at 8 pm it was already closed. It’s not hard to update the hours of the store online so people don’t waste their time…

why bother giving out coupons when they aren’t usable. I had a coupon for a full size body care item up to $15.50 value and took up a item for $16.50 and I didn’t realize it until I got up there which is understandable. However I asked if I could get a mini spray with the coupon and was told no, okay understandable. However I then tried to look around the store and noticed that almost nothing was $15.50. I was told that it had to be 15.50. When I did find an item that was $15.50, it did not smell good. I’m just confused on why you offer coupons when most items in the store are $16.50 or $17.50.

The young lady at the cash register was very sweet & courteous. The male clerk who had to adjust the scanning was extremely rude.

Received an email about the hand soap being on sale. Two cashier's no one to help you in the store. Wait 20 minutes to get to the register. Only 3 people before me 2 we're at the cashier. Extremely SLOW!! You have to show the email to get the discount. Which is just sad they do it that way. None of the ones I picked were allowed for the discount. If they had someone working the floor we would of known that. So it was a total waste to go there. This is not the first time I have been here. With this kind of non service.

The people are super helpful! I wanted a scent that was no longer in season but the clerk found something that was still close! She went through several scents until we finally found one that works for me!
