Waited 45 min for a happy meal to pull up to the first window to pay to see the cashier sitting down on her phone. After that we got her attention and payed for the food we pulled up to the second window to see the second employee also on her phone.

I did an online order and they forgot an order of our nuggets. Which is perfectly fine it happens but the young Pentecostal girl was very rude when I went in to tell them about it. She was very rude when I asked for help and extra sauce they didn’t provide when I paid for extra.

Fairly reliable standard fare. Prices are typical for fast food. Only three stars because I have noticed a recent decline in customer service. I get that folks get burnt out, but you could at least look at the customers when you take their money.

I done the curbside pick up. It was out to me in less then 5 minutes. The two Ladies that brought me the food were very nice and came outside with a smile. I left Happy😁

We had a mobile order and went through the drive thru. They tried to charge us a second time at the window even after we showed them we had already paid and it came out of our account. We told them we weren’t comfortable paying a second time and the unhelpful manager said she cancelled the order. Well it’s 3 days later and they officially charged our account. Absolutely no help whatsoever. I’m never one to call corporate but they stole my money..

I always get the mocha frappe and fries are the best around,kids love the play center and also the tablets that are provided,which have several games installed and the bowling game we have alot of fun playing each other.

This McDonald's trip was AWFUL. We tried to use the app which confused the entire staff. We didn't get the price on the app, we paid more, AND we didn't get everything we ordered. By the time we got out of line, we were ill and to be honest, not even hungry anymore. Of course we will go back, but this visit was below par.

Always super slow. They have 2 drive through lanes but they were faster when there was only one. Last visit I was given all my food except a mcdouble and a mighty kids meal and when they finally brought the food to the car, luckily I checked the bag given at the window because they only brought the mighty kids meal and still left out a mcdouble. So they had to go back in and I had to wait another 5 mins for a mcdouble after already waiting with some of our food for about 5 minutes already plus having a 9 minute drive home, of course by then the fries were soggy. The staff was nice though, but just slow.

I always have the worst experience with nght shift. I never get what I ask for and the food is never fresh. I thank the day shift manager Sonya for always correcting night shift's mess up but she should not have to. Just give me not only what I ask for but what I paid for. It is RIDICULOUS!!!😡😡😡
