I checked in online and when got to salon was promptly ignored. The two stylists were too busy talking to each other. I was at top of list. Other guests were called and I just left.

Very nice and so friendly had awesome experience. Went again to get to get hair cut on Feb. 3 and lady done fantastic job, there was also gentleman there talking bout his hair it was even more awesome experience, thank you great clips.

I got a free haircut on Veteran's Day. I got the best haircut I have ever had, in that it was more than I asked for but the best of what I could have hoped for. For some time I cut my own hair (chronic cheapskate)but going forward, man oh man, I get a righteous haircut with the talented ladies at Great Clips.

My boyfriend went in to get his haircut and we both told her exactly what he wanted, to keep the top long and just clean up the sides and back with a fade. Showed her a picture and everything... And she gave him a high and tight and it was really uneven. Also she was very rude not wanting to listen and she started doing her own thing instead saying, I've been doing this a long time.... Then I showed her the picture and she got onto us for letting her start the cut before saying what we wanted..... But we did explain it to her verbally and she refused to do it that way. Not only rude and unprofessional in how she spoke to us, but didn't even do the cut that was asked for. Now he has to grow it all back again to get the cut he wanted. We were visiting from out of town but won't make that mistake again Service: Haircut

Haircuts are ok at best. The worst part is they don't come in or stay the full schedule d hours. Today they were supposed to open at 8am and they didn't open till almost 9am. About two weeks ago I was going to get a haircut. It was probably around 2:30 to 3pm and they already close up shop. Their scheduled hours were from 11am to 4pm
