AFTER NUMEROUS PHONE CALLS TO GET AN APPT; NAIL TECH ADVISED SHANNA ASA GOOD STYLIST, I LEFT MY PHONE NUMBER. NO ONE EVER CALLED ME BACK. WHEN I CALLED TODAY, PERSON ON PHONE SAID I DON'T KNOW WHEN SHE'LL BE IN; THEY MAKE THEIR OWN HOURS. WELL, FORGET THAT PLACE. THE MOST UNPROFESSIONAL SALON I EVER HAD TO DEAL WITH. DON'T GO TO SALON COUTURE; THEY NEVER CALL YOU BACK.
