This location has the worst mail couriers. I am missing so much mail and have gone 3 weeks without getting any sort of mail, not even adds I have gotten mail an packages that had been 2 day expressed and not receiving them on time . I will be using FedEx from now on. This has been an ongoing problem since I moved here. Not to mention all the mail that I also get and it's my neighbors mail.

The workers are always very kind, polite and accommodating- every one of them. I have to mail packages every day and have never had any problems.

Michael assisted me this morning. He is exceptional - professional, courteous, helpful and extremely efficient. I love this USPS. The staff are great and wait times short.

Lived in my home for 2 months now and Have yet had any mail come in. It keeps getting sent back to the sender saying that the address is a vacant home.

We have had so many problems with our mail being lost and getting other household's mail. At least once a month we have problems. Recently, we put a 1 week hold on our mail due to being out of town and knowing we had some important things (checks, bills, etc) coming. A wonderful neighbor (in a completely different neighborhood) apparently got our entire weeks worth of mail delivered and brought it to our house. I have gone up to the post office multiple times to get these problems corrected and nothing has changed. They even delivered a "Misdelivery Problem Here" card (a hard plastic card to notify the mail delivery person that there are problems with the mail) that said "do not delivery this card". When I brought it up to the post office they were speechless and said "we are so sorry", but still we continue to have problems. For a while they stopped delivering my mail because I don't have the same last name as my husband. It took me 3 weeks to notice that I wasn't getting any mail, and when I went to the post office they had sent all my mail back to the sender......so frustrating!

Awful post office, Amber was great. The manager is the perfect example of what is wrong with the postal system. The manager was rude, dismissed you complaints and overall has a poor attitude. I miss the old manager that used to work there.

We have issues with our mail (daily) so My daughter and I sat outside waiting for the mail guy to stop by to make sure he took our outgoing mail (that he failed to take for 3 days now) He saw us sitting there and just put the mail in the box and proceeded to drive away (yes, the flag was up) so I yelled you forgot my outgoing mail so he backed up and got it. I then asked why I always get everyone’s mail even people streets over and he said we’ve had a lot of subs lately. I said well it’s happened almost every day since we moved in December 1st - he had no response- I continued with I mainly get my neighbors mail every day.... he takes out the mail (he just delivered) and says whoops I gave you your neighbors mail on accident.... 😒🤦♀️ I couldn’t help myself but laugh... blaming subs and you do it right in front of me 🤣

This is the best post office in Texas and probably anywhere! We deal with them on a daily basis as we are eBay sellers and they are always friendly and helpful. We are lucky to have such a great post office full of great people!

Post office has great service when you go inside. Only wish my mail carrier would pick up my outgoing mail from my home when it is in my post box with the flag raised. Second time for this to happen.
