Most dysfunctional pharmacy I’ve ever seen. Always a line. Takes 10-15 minutes to get one person their meds. So ridiculous. Pharmacy staff has no sense of urgency. Price of my prescription is different every month.

We do not like this place. Rude. Mean. Ugly to us a lot. Prices are never the same. Ever. They never have the coupon code on file. Wished there was another pharmacy close by so I don't have to get so depressed going here and fighting with the staff 3 or more times a month. Been doing this for years now.

I just love all the girls here at the pharmacy! They are always so sweet and patient with all my questions. They always make sure that I get all my refills, in case I forget any, which happens to occur more frequently the older you get. The pharmacist Andy is my favorite! He is a hoot! He goes out of his way to make sure I’m taken care of each time I come in to pick up my monthly medications. I saw a lot of negative reviews, and just wanted to let the pharmacy team know they are doing a super job! You can’t please everyone. Keep up the good work, guys!!! I just wish there was a way I could get this message to their higher ups so they would know how pleased their customers really are.

Friendly people? Yeah maybe the 2 that actually speak, but everyone one of them are SLOW! 20 minutes at the drive thru to get only 1 of my prescriptions when I told the lady I had 2 to pick up. Instead of informing me, she just sends the 1 and leaves me hanging. I’m done being patient with their “growing pains”. Anna Family Pharmacy here we come!

If I could rate this a zero I would. Ashley is rude & condescending. The Urgent Care sent a prescription here and when I finally made my way back to Anna (over an hour later ) she rudely told me the prescription was not ready and it would be at least another 20 minutes. I walked around for another 35 minutes waiting for the text that my prescription was ready. Please do not ask rudely for me to spell my last name and then rudely cut me off after the first letter and immediately go into rudely asking me my first name and date of birth. It’s obvious you know everything Ashley. This is why I RARELY use this pharmacy. (Only in the event the Urgent Center is calling in/faxing a prescription for me and because I forget I have other choices. CVS or Anna’s Pharmacy closer to Hwy 5 on 455.).
