Went there for the first time today, and was very impressed! It’s a smaller gym, but has all of the same equipment that you’d find at a larger place.

Wow this gym is OUTSTANDING! They have so many members and you can tell why. The staff is friendly, stays busy keeping the atmosphere clean and fresh. The restroom facility is plentiful with showers and lockers, but these members came to get busy. Everyone was constantly working out. This is not your social gym, but at the same time can be. I enjoyed a massage on the table complimentary and loved it. Great experience

Visiting from Mississippi & this is my 4th time using this gym. This was by far the best time. The new equipment was nice & clean. The environment much like home was pleasant.

24/7 gym! What, yes a gym that will give you access to competing at a higher level of fitness, losing some weight, or wanting a community to exercise alongside. New management is spicing up the place and making this one of the greatest places to train in Arlington, Grand Prairie, Euless area. Check it out today! Been training here for months and have really enjoyed the atmosphere, environment, and staff that are an encouragement constantly!

Great place to get a workout in! Staff are very welcoming and are great at answering any questions! This gym has every kind of workout equipment you would need, and the staff are very knowledgeable about exercises that can be done with the various equipment pieces. Overall, it is a very well-run gym!

Decent gym with enough to get a good work out. Where it falls majorly flat is the customer service. I tried to cancel my membership for 3 months and could never get anyone on the phone. When I did finally get someone on the phone, I was told she would email me stuff to cancel. After 2 weeks of no email, I called over and over till I got someone again. I then had to pay for an additional month because of this. Not only that, but also got charged a yearly fee this month because my membership was not canceled when I wanted. If you want a good workout, they are great. If you actually need to reach anyone though, you are screwed. Go to a larger gym with an actual customer service team, and not this excuse for a gym.
