Meh, this the second time I'm trying to ask for my money back. I feel bad because some folks seem to be affecting the vacuums. I've seen them going through trash and stuff at night and had to call the cops. This time the phone is off the hook or busy. I'll try calling tomorrow, but don't know if I can trust the vaccuums anymore.

This place is great. It looks a little run down but all the wash options work perfectly. There is a change machine by the auto wash incase you need it for towels.

Well run. There is an attendant on duty who keeps things in order. This alone makes it one of the better DIY car washes. Only negative is due to the traffic on 71

Overall not bad, the brushes could use replacing. I brought my own bucket, wash cloth, soap and towels. The brush provided seemed really dirty (in the bay I used), but if you bring your own washing accessories the provided high pressure wash and blow dryer worked perfectly.

Good, clean (car) fun! Credit card payment. Good pressure. Well maintained equipment. Strong vacuum. Usually a free bay most times.

Great car wash that has all you need to get your car sparkling clean! There are vacuums, plenty of stalls to wash your car and they have a lot of touchfree options too. They even added a “blow dryer” to help dry your car. It’s not THAT powerful but does help. They have a machine to exchange your dollars for quarters but you can use your credit or debit card for everything. They also have some vending machine items such as rags, sprays, etc for purchase with quarters.

Not good, I went through the automatic car wash and paid for the best wash. I left with soap on my car that I had to then go to the self wash area and wash off. None of the features worked except the blue soap and the fans. I tried to call the number listed to notify the right people but it's disconnected. Overall a bad experience altogether. I paid double for less than half the service.

I would give it 0 stars if I could. Chose the ultimate wash, got honked by the car behind us before we could finish blow drying step and thought we were done with it. When we came out of the wash, the car was not dry at all. Asked the attendant who did not seem to understand what we were trying to communicate in English. He was super rude and rather than trying to resolve our problem he snapped and told us “Not my problem”. Are you serious? Will never visit this rip-off place ever again if you don’t think you need to listen to customers. No thanks!

This is the only self serv wash I go to now. The blow dryer is great to use as I have a dark grey car and there is nothing worse then getting the car completely clean and dry then getting those water down the sides under the mirrors and door handles. Like every other self wash station I wish the stalls were about 1 ft wider to make it easier to wash my work truck but it's definitely doable.

Nice, you are guided by someone when entering the autowash so no panic, take time to exit the machine at the end because the dryer is only at the front. My only complain is when I wanted to wash the carpets inside, there was no more shampoo. Otherwise it was a smooth process.
