I was there 11-29-20 trying to pay a bill. Person working there was very rude and had the nerve to ask me, what's up with the attitude! Really, I told her that she had the attitude. Then she refused to take my payment. I've had Boost for over 10 years and I've never had a problem. I think that it's time to go elsewhere. Customer service and respect is a thing of the past..

Amanda was more than amazing!! she gave me a better deal than any other carrier ever has before, not once did she come off as pushy, but made sure I still had everything I needed. She was dedicated from start to finish, and because of that alone I will recommend anyone and everyone to her. She’s the real deal!! This world needs more employees like Amanda who genuinely care about her job and the customers...without overdoing it. I had an awesome experience upgrading my phone to the IPhone 11at the Boost Mobile Store on Lake June Road in Balch Springs , Tx today. Fez the store manager was so friendly and knowledgeable as well as very courteous and professional. Jackie also helped us and she was very pleasant and helpful with getting my phone set up and switched over. Extremely enjoyable experience today. 😀😊😁

Just left this store and the young female that was working was of no assistance. I had just been sent to that store due to a few issues we had and she stated that she did not know why customer service was telling me to go to them when she was unable to do anything. It is a small store and she allowed 3 other person's to enter with her, myself and my spouse already in the store. I was also told by customer service that I could purchase an 'EXPANDED NETWORK SIM CARD', since I am unable to do 2 things at the same time, a but she said I HAD TO UPGRADE in order to purchase this SIM card... I would NOT recommend this place or BODY PHONE SERVICE to anyone-it is horrible.

Went in today and amanda was just awesome in customer service. She worked on my phone porting in pretty fast and even gave a glass protecter for my phone! Shes awesome and do recommend this store, last store i was in the people there were just so rude. Glad she helped me out

Amazing service especially from jackie she was quick to show me what y’all had to offer and the phones. And accessories are amazing as well she did everything fast an easy even helped me set up a iCloud account even tho it took some times she still helped out she’s a good sales person an I agree with what she said she need a little sometimes for her good hard work. WILL BE COMING BACK FOR ANOTHER IPHONE SOON!!
