Terrible. Our service is lousy. Lose connectivity often. Wanted to change companies. Come to find out. U have to b with them 2 yrs or ur charged. The phones r not free. Ur billed a low fee for 24 mos. I have to stick with lousyservice. N my phone is almost out of memory. So to top it off. I have to buy a new phone. I'm so MAD

This last week I got the run around from a store in Mesquite and was not happy until I went into this Lake June Store. Matt (Manager), Erik (IT), Judy(IT) and one other gentleman who assisted that I did not get his name were on point with what I needed and wanted to do in order to help me get everything fixed with my phone and get my account situated. They were professional, quick, polite and eager to help. I am greatly appreciative of their team and the time they took to assist me in my needs. Highly recommend this store over any other store that I have been to.

Do not go to this location they lie to get your business and try to trick you into paying more money than you are willing to pay , I went in to do one thing and end up doing another thing and instead of giving me my refund they put it towards a bill that was not due and I just paid my current bill so in all for the 3 phones I was TRICKED into paying almost $400 in 1 week on 1 bill. This salesperson tries to play like he don’t I understand what he is being ask , but he explain after you make a transaction.. long story short it’s a trap

Alec has gone above and beyond w/ his customer care services. We are so impressed with his professional and pleasant demeanor. Extremely helpful, likable, polite and knowledgeable...He is indeed a Mobil Expert👍.. Went in just to purchase a case and was told I needed to wait in a que behind customers wanting to purchase a phone and upgrade their plans. There should be a area for in and out purchases. Sprint should have never merged with T-mobile. The customer service is way below a 1-star. Very disappointed customer. Been with Sprint for over 20 years and now thinking about switching phone companies.
