Don’t order online because they will make it how they want and juan or wtv manager was there on 7/26 at 2:30 will blame the app & YOU, then have you take your meal back so they can remake it because they don’t understand the way their app and system is set up. HORRIBLE customer service! Than you west ave location for fixing THEIR mistake & seeing it my way. Because it’s common sense what my issue was.

Once again, WB let me down. I ordered a patty melt combo and asked for the grilled onions to be well done. I can eat grilled onions. Raw..nope! Well only about 25% of the onions were well done. So I just scraped off the undercooked onions since I didn't have time to have it remade. I love patty melts so this is disappointing. Better luck next time.

My first and last visit to this franchise in general. While the flavors were good, the burger was cold and the fries were both cold AND stale. Then again, I went at 3 o’clock and paid $10, so… It only makes me wanna go to Five Guys now. It might be more expensive, but it never disappoints.

So, When I Was About To Walk In The Restaurant Close, But That Didn't Stop Maurice From Letting Me In And Treating With Good Hospitality. That Was Very Heroic To Me Because I Haven't Ate All Day, I Give This Place 5 Out Of 5 For Good Customer Service.

After being pulled over for 10 minutes, my order came out cold. The meat was dry and and tasted old. For that length of time I figured I'd get a nice fresh hour meal for $15.

Y'all do Texas proud taking pride in services rendered. Those being Burgers made to order correctly the first time, maintaining the properties and cleanliness. I came through the drive through last night at 11:48 my order number is 561828 I ordered the biscuit sandwich meal and substituted the egg for scrambled I get home to the eggs and sandwich soggy and cold because they put tomatoes in my breakfast sandwich I called and explained I love 15 minutes away is there any way of compensation because my hashbrowns will be cold and my drink watered down and she told me no she could only replace the sandwich when it was there mistake this never happens at the west avenue location I recommend going to eat there if your looking for no problems and good food.
