By far the WORST usps I’ve ever experienced. They won’t deliver packages to our door but only pick and choose what goes in our mail box. I am constantly having to track my packages down, they’ll say delivered to mail box but they’ll be no where to be found. I’ve lost a package already and I’ve only been here a month. The post master pretty much told me “it is what it is” and blamed it on this and that. I see why the reviews are so bad now.

We love this mostly vet run staff at the Bandera USPS. Noe and his team of Freddie, Danny, Patricia, and Amado (just to name a few) and more go above and beyond to provide service to our community even when they're getting cursed at, disrespected, and demeaned by some for things out of their control, they keep their chins up and continue serving us. As for me and my household we will continue to show them the utmost respect they deserve and appreciate their works!

No point in repeating what the other negative reviews have already stated. Multiple issues with these people that run this office and it doesn't seem to matter if you have a chat with the post master.

I am giving 1 star because there isn’t an option for anything else. This mail service is the absolute worst I’ve ever experienced. These people don’t care about the quality of their jobs. They don’t deliver mail to the correct addresses they are rude and inconsiderate. They will slam the door in your face when you are only there to try to ask where they put your package. Horrible people! They don’t even try to get their job correct. All they care about is their paycheck.

The WORST post office I have ever dealt with. I've been keeping tallies of their missed deliveries, times they said we weren't home (but we were), etc. We often have stuff delivered to my in-laws in a nearby town because it's a crapshoot if we get it--certainly if we get it on time.

They NEVER ANSWER THEIR PHONES, it had been a month that i requested jeys for a mailbox and yet they have 0 answers as to why i dont have anything assigned to me. Worst post office i have ever encountered.

Constantly not delivering even small packages that I know fit in the mailbox saying mailbox is full… And yet I have no mail in my mailbox. Every place else I’ve ever lived the mail delivery person will actually leave it on my doorstep if it doesn’t require a signature… I literally live right next to the mailbox… It takes them longer to fill out the slip then it would just deliver to my doorstep… It’s extremely frustrating…

Is it possible to give them negative stars. Package shows delivered to locked mailbox but it’s not there. Post office don’t know whose mailbox they put it in. Surprisingly only packages sent from high end retailers are the only ones that go missing. The post office doesn’t care they are the worst.

Went on vacation for 10 days, stopped mail before we left, came back and went to the Post Office to pick up Mail and were told “you have no Mail”. Really? after 10 days? I told them that’s not possible. I had to ask for the Manager and went through a horrible time trying to explain that’s not possible. Finally manager went to the back and came out with all our Mail and Packages and said someone put it in the wrong spot. I understand mistakes, I don’t understand how you don’t believe me when I tell you that it’s not possible for us to go 10 days with no Mail.

The postal service in general is a prime example of how a union can ruin an organization. Prices go up and service has dropped to less the minimum acceptable. In particular, the person that is supposed to deliver my mail in the Wharton's Dock area placed my mail into some unknown box. Then it took three days for him to remember to bring it back to the post office. Now it has been over a week since I have completed the request for a key to a box out here... And I am still waiting.
