This is not a good bank. When I opened the account I was told "we are going to take a chance on you" due past issues with a bank I am still a member of. They take fees for you spending your own money. They are uppity and not really nice at this location. They will be losing my business within the next week

Wish I could give a negative star, Don’t bank here just don’t do it. Extremely rude every time I come here. I asked a simple yes or no question today and the lady said “ask so and so” and walked away.

This is truly the worst location I live within driving distance of this location and Liberty, I will only use the Liberty location as this one is always RUDE closes for every thunderstorm, small rain storm or wait its cloudy out let's close. My husband works in Beaumont and has to use this location when he needs to go to the bank he took off work more then once to go and they were closed for rain and it was not even really raining like really come on. There is alot of other things but to much to write. Your Liberty tx location is amazing though.

Had issues with a check they issued, at Capital One, Capital One said they will not cash Post Oak checks without a one week hold because of Post Oak is a new bank with low credibility. Understandable. So I come to this place only to say they do not say they do not cash their own checks! You wrote it you cash it! Easy as that. This bank will not get my business, there are plenty of accredited banks around Beaumont, this is not one of them.
