I had a horrible experience at this location on phelan in Beaumont. I bring my exchange students to come and try to exchange money but I did not have an account there. So I go to open an account and the lady was too busy playing on her cell phone to actually help me. When I go to try and open an account. Instead she says that she cannot help me, and that she has to schedule an appointment for me. that it would take about 45 minutes to open an account. I mean I can understand if the lobby was packed but there was no one in there. There was no reason she could not open an account.. she was just super lazy. If I could give zero stars at this location I would

Two tellers to handle both the inside and drive through. Waited 20 minutes to make a simple deposit. Asked the manager to just make the deposit for me. No you have to go to the window even though there were three desk employees. Things at this bank have changed to the worst and I have been at Wells Fargo for many years. I will spend the rest of my time finding an alternative to this bank for what I consider a large amount of money (in the sweep account). Enough is enough!

It's a Bank which is a clean and tody, drive through and the reps from the bank side are really helpful, i've used drive through for the first time and they helped me end to end process. Very friendly and helpful 👍

As a customer I sent a change order through the customer lane drive through. I have done this before in Lumberton, so I know they can send one roll at a time. About 15 min after sending it through, the teller said I had to go wait in the commercial lane bc it wasn't possible to fill my change order in that lane. I do not have a commercial account. When I asked why didn't she tell me sooner, she rudely said they only have two people working in the drive through today.

Too bad a 1 is the lowest rating. I sat in my car over 20 minutes and only 2 customers during this time were handled in the three open drive through lanes. I left. Inadequate staffing. Not the first time.
