Love the people who work here but they told me they send all of their sizes over 18 to a different store now. Thought this was super strange considering Old Navy as a company started creating sizes up to 4x that are the same as their smaller clothes and for the same size. This feels super performative and now I can no longer shop at this store which is sad because it's the closest, and I probably will go to Walmart instead since they also carry my sizes consistently and are closer to me than Bee Cave.

If you all hate your job, please find another one. The staff here is Least cooperative and rude. In store sales are not applied at checkout. They cashier gave me a HEADACHE just trying to get the in-store price right and on top of that attitude no one asked for. I never go to this location and had to go pickup an item I needed urgently. Never going back.

Went in Friday night to make a return. Stood in line “only person” finally the cashiers looked up. The gentleman returned my items but never said hello or bye and didn’t even look my direction. Customer service here has gone down considerably.

There's a lot to sort through at this location. It's almost too much. I could spend a few hours here and still not make a dent in getting through the clothing options. And the women's section is even bigger! I like that they always have sales. I can spend $50-$100 and walk out with almost a week's worth of clothes. And the employees are always friendly! That makes the long checkout wait a little more bearable.

As I was checking out tonight, the cashier #3226659 was so focused on her phone, she didn't even say hello and focused on her phone still, even as I approached her and stood in front of her. Merely rang me up, all while continuing to scroll on her phone at the same time. Very poor customer service.

Been to this Old Navy a lot and it just underwent some renovations. Usually it's alright but today the entire store was a disaster. Black Friday looking disaster. I hope they get it figured out quickly.

True, it is a week before Christmas, but this store was a total mess. Clothes all over the floor - and a giant pile of returns from the day before that still had not been dealt with. They clearly needed to hire more people.

Goony old lady in dressing room was rude. Wife was trying her dress and wanted my opinion and she blocked me and told me to stay off the front OPEN area (not even close to dressing area). I told her what I was doing but it didn't matter. I guess she wanted to feel some sense off authority.

Pretty clean compared to some Old Navy's. The staff is not always the friendliest, but will help if you go out of your way to ask them questions. The dressing room is usually pretty tidy, but rarely is there an employee to help you if you need another size. The checkout experience is hit or miss... sometimes you get someone that is very nice and gives you tips on coupons and extra savings and sometimes you get someone that can barely speak English.
