We have banked with them for years due to lack of options. They are simply terrible at banking. Just awful customer service. From the branch President to the back office “wire department” they are just awful. I’d recommend nearly any other bank.

I had very bad experience while doing home loan,there treatment to military service members is bad, since I was activated for active duty they didnot want to use my current pay stating its temporary and they didnot want to use my civilian pay before activation stating that i m no longer getting paid although I m getting retained as employee after my deployment.
