I was just in store and asked for chocolate donuts and was given chocolate donuts w/ peanuts. I didn’t notice until I was home and when I called the store to let them know I got the wrong donuts they hanged up on me. Extremely rude and unprofessional if you are running a business.

I love stopping by Pat’s before work! The employees are super kind and they have great donuts and kolaches for great prices. Everyone is super cheerful and they provide great service. I’m always a very happy customer after leaving!

Hands down the best donuts in Carrollton. I've been in the Carrollton area for 16yrd and yes have been to many many donut shops. Not under proofed ( heavy) and not over proofed (extra light)

We've been coming to Pat's for years. I grew up getting donuts here and now I'm able to bring my daughter here to get donuts. They are always fresh and flavorful. Everyone here is always so nice.

They make the best donut in the world. It has been 20 years since I visited, and I'm enjoying their donut quality. I introduced all of my family members, and they absolutely in love with it as well. The staffs are very nice and when I enter the store, they always welcome me with smiling faces. Strongly recommend this donut shop!!!

Warm, fresh donuts is a satisfying start to a morning sugar rush. In and out in a flash.....Staff was friendly and are very patient as I usually make my difficult and sometimes time consuming donut decisions. Mmmmm.... yep gotta love fresh donuts!!
