We got the Halloween pizza they was good and cute kids loved them and why we was waiting I walked in and ask if they are hiring yes they was everyone was nice so I wrote my info down give it to them two days later got a call yay!!!!! But the pizza was great we did have to wait but i was fine with it cause their screen was full but everyone was working together to get them orders out :)

Fast, friendly and pays attention to customer concerns. Received wrong order and let them know and they made it right with zero complaints. Wish they had a pasta selection but it is a pizza place.

We’ve order from here since they opened and it has just completely went downhill since the first time. First time was great, literally zero issues. Then it was cold pizza, completely wrong pizza, taking 6 hours to get to me pizza and now we’ve graduated to not even cut and most times cold pizza. I had eliminated most delivery places and they were the last man standing. Oh well, I’m too fat for pizza anyway 🤣🤣

Review Update 4 months later……yep this place still SUCKS. Terrible customer service This place is new so of course, extend grace to get the employees and systems rollin. BUT my gosh…all my experiences have been terrible, wrong, and slow. Papa Johns App said pizza was done. Employee responds “well the app lied to you.” She kept stalling me saying it’s up next. I came back up twice and it was always a little longer/more excuses. I was like ok? It’s been an hour for 1 large pizza and breadsticks on a Wednesday night. Either way. Terrible service. Hope they get it sorted out but from now on I’ll be ordering pizza somewhere else and def a different location until then. Seems so unorganized.

This is the only Papa John’s I have ever enjoyed. The pizza here is delicious. I’m giving them 5 stars but that doesn’t mean they are without their problems. It’s how they resolved those problems (and how tasty their pizza is) that got them 5 stars. I’ve never had a problem with delivery taking too long from them. However, they are going through a labor shortage problem and I don’t hold that against them. I have had two separate delivery drivers (both new and one even her first day) completely mishandle the pizza and ruin it. The last one had the pizza carrier hunched over her back before handoff. As soon as the pizza was in my hand I could feel it ruined and all the weight to one side. All but a few slices from my 2 pizzas were ruined. But hey, what was left was delicious! The GM personally reached out and credited me new pizzas. The manager has been a pleasure to deal with every time. It’s unfortunate they are going through labor shortage pains but they get 5 stars from me for how they deal with customer complaints

The customer service is fantastic. You can tell they care. I have had a couple of experiences when my pizza came squished but that issue seems to have been resolved.

Delivery time was one hour and forty five minutes. Called the store numerous times and line gets disconnected. Pizza looked awful upon delivery! I will not be ordering from here again! They also forgot to put the chicken topping we paid for! If only I can post a picture of the pizza.... 😡

I made an online order. I was given a delivery time of less than an hour. More than two hours later no pizza and no explanation. I tried calling the store, but no one would answer the phone. They would lift it and just hang up. I will NEVER order from this store again. This is the second time we have had issues with this store. The first time we ordered an extra cheese pizza and the pizza came with even less cheese than if I'd gotten a regular cheese. It is so frustrating that I can't even get anyone on the phone.

I wouldn’t order pizza here again. They are very understaffed. I placed a mobile order and walked in 20+ minutes after placing the order and they hadn’t started making the pizza. There’s 1 person making pizzas. The labor shortage is real! I Changing my review from 1 star to 3 because the pizzas came out good. Also everyone order on the app. 2 medium 1 topping pizzas on the app are $12 right now. 12.99 with tax
