Terrible pharmacy. Went to get a covid test for work and rather than do their job properly they logged me as a no show so I never received results, prolonging time away from work. And on top of that the lady was rude, and couldn’t be bothered to stay until I finished a sentence. Had to ring her again because she took off before I could give her the information for the meds that I needed to pick up along with my test.

Drive thru? Drive No Thank You. I pick up prescriptions for my parents. Rarely do they ever have them all, even after being told they do. Expect to spend about 30 min in line for maybe 2 vehicles in front of you. Multiple times there's only one person there. You'll helplessly watch from the window as people at the counter are also slowly served. It's been going downhill for a while, so you would expect them to finally stop but the end of the hill is nowhere in sight.

I have never had worse service. I didn’t get her name but the pharmacy technicians need to be trained again always out of my medication even when it says they have my prescription ready. There’s always an issue. Giving viagra instead of heart medication. Make sure you always check what they give you what the prescription supposed to be. They’re always rude. When you have a question. So if there’s any other place you can go. Would be easier than always having an issue here at the CVS in Crosby Tx

This is the worst pharmacy I have ever dealt with. Not once but twice im having to wait for meds for 2 days and the fact I drop it off early this morning then they said oh it will be ready by 5 so I go up there amd she said it will be ready before we close and no suprise they are closed and still have no meds. I wish I could get zero stars

Passport photos, very professional was able to look at them beforehand for size for the baby and 1 adult. We were in and out in 10 mins. Everyone was really helpful and professional.

This will probably be my last time I use cvs. I dropped off two small prescriptions 5/12/22 and they can't even have it ready by the next morning. I told them I had a bad toothache and needed both prescriptions asap and they really didn't care

Unfortunately it’s because the area and you can’t expect much from the ignorance most of the employees in there have. CVS is great and this one is just tan by a bunch of incompetent people

I completely understand the 2 rating for this CVS. This is the most disgusting pharmacy out there and incompetent staff. They have, on two occasions in one month, either forgot to fill the prescription or have given me the wrong meds! The also take a extremely long time to fill any medication we sent prescriptions in at noon today and we’re still waiting to fill Prescriptions at 630. When my wife ask how much longer do I have to wait, the technician said that depends on your attitude. Wow. The corporate office of complaints isn’t any better. I am on hold, naturally, to share my concerns let’s see if things can change.

Always a problem getting medication filled here. If you call to get an update they will tell you they are working on it when they are not. When prescriptions are ready they won’t even notify you. Now problems with my prescription that was sent yesterday 12/4… I receiving a call today that the antibiotic that will help with my child’s fever, pain, and vomiting won’t be filled until 12/8. (Thankfully I requested a printed prescription to be on the safe side yesterday and Walgreens filled it in less than 30 minutes)

Worst pharmacy ever! Nothing is ever ready when suppose to be, staff never knows how to enter information correctly, they don't ever give you prescriptions at the Good RX price, and they never contact when prescriptions are ready. Crosby CVS needs to get it together. Changing pharmacy TODAY!!!
