So heres to the gatekeeper of the store. Enjoy the review. Been going here for a month. Very rude and disgusting staff. Back freezers are broken and they kept everything that went bad so product is no good yet still sold. Unsanitary. I would not go to this location. Guy at the door prompted this stellar review. Have a good day :)

I have forgot to wear my mask and I was very apologetic not wanting to get me or anyone around me sick but the manager stepped in offer me a mask and also offered me very fast assistance I'm a very appreciative for that today

The store particularly was in disarray they need a lot of help it's has stuff in the wrong section I tried to get some candy and I got it but they charge me $0.25 extra per bag and I was so low on the deal where they had it hanging it was $2 so it's just a bad place of business to do and they need a lot of help in here to get this up to par to all the other Family Dollars I've been to

The crew that works at night, plane and simply the last couple he's of the night they will only except cards no cash and force a time limit on customers plus talk to people like there dogs! Come on people!

Very scary employee!!!! SHOULD have been a simple interaction! I KNOW SHE WAS ABOUT TO GET VIOLENT! This lady clerk had a male visitor before during and after the question was asked of her. Probably did not want her personal life disrupted with paying customers!! Very GHETTO

I found a air compressor for "reduced price". Due to the questionable quality, experience with my alike last one (breaking in a wk.) & product (the only one) being on discount), i asked an employee..."if this doesn't work, may i return it"?. She told me she wasn't sure, she thinks so but that I should ask the man at the counter. At checkout, I asked the man my question. He said "I don't know but I don't think so. Come back in morn. to ask manager". I said "There's not a manager here?" He stated he was the assistant manager & I then said "your a manager & can't answer my simple question about your return policy"? He told me rudly..."it's not a simple question". This isn't my first experience here with rude customer service. Like the time I took my boy to pick out a gift on his birthday & the employee told us to put the toys back where we find them, as we were reading the back of one.Really?? Bty..I'm the one that always does, having worked in resale before.I have spent alot of money at this store & expect a little more in return. I would suggest Mr.Devon needs more managerial training. Possibly him reading his stores return policy might be of use for future customers, especially being it's Christmas time & not telling your customers.."I don't know". Maybe..taking the time to figure out the answer & or being polite to your customers will help ensure your future at this company.

Absolutely some of the most rude employees we've ever experienced. Cashier told a customer he didn't have any change, she asked if he wanted her business and he said "I don't care!" Then, we bought a bag of ice, went to the ice freezer and it was locked. Walked back inside and same guy said "I said we'd be out there in a minute!" And then sent another employee to assist us who was talking on her personal cell phone (personal call) the entire time!
