Raspas Ortiz is a really amazing place, I had the opportunity to be taken care of by the owners and they are a love of person, they are always so friendly and helpful, the food is so delicious that I have almost finished trying everything they sell, the taste is authentic and fresh, all their products are of the day so it is absolutely reliable to eat there, Even the prices are affordable, its not expensive at all. I will not tire of recommending it, they deserve to be better known, they should even open another branch. Excellent service!💜

PERFECT place to cool down. Overall great atmosphere even better service, everyone was welcoming and very helpful and probably the BEST snowcones around Houston hands down. Make sure to stop by and try their agua frescas, and snowcones 10/10

The other day I went to this place with my boyfriend and the food was ok was Saturday i guess, well was a big lady in the window that she looks mad, i wasn’t comfortable to buy, if she doesn’t want to be kind just put her in the back not in front, any business need kind and happy faces and i dont think she can, I’m not going to be the only one who’s going to advise you this but you need to change her for someone else more friendly, some businesses lose customers for people like her. i guess she born like that so nobody can change her face.

Snow cones were pretty good a little icy but the flavor was there. Very delicious, definitely will go back, lots of options.

Wished the previous owner was there. The elotes, raspas, Rusas etc. are not the same anymore they taste bland. Will not be going back any time soon.
