Shout out to Costco of Cypress for helping me when my truck broke down near the gas station. Michael, one of the staff that works at the pumps at Costco helped me to figure out what was wrong, gave us cold water bottles as we were sweating bullets sitting in the truck in 101 degree weather. Michael told me that I could take my groceries back inside Costco and that they would put my stuff in the fridge/freezer while I waited for help. Thank you Michael for your kindness and help and Costco for your assistance as well!

The employees are rude, rude, rude! Treat your customers with respect! They are what makes or breaks you. Employees picking up items dropped in the wrong places and making me move while I’m trying to shop? That’s bad manners. The ladies that check your ticket as you go out were rude as well. I lined up and was waiting for the people in front of me and the other checker opened up so I went to her. She proceeded to rudely tell me I was out of line and cutting people off that were behind me. Ok I can wait my turn that’s not a problem, but if it’s 2 lines then post that. It was my understanding that you line up and get your ticket checked one for one in the order you line up.I was wrong and that’s ok, but you don’t have to be rude and disrespectful to me because I misunderstood your procedure. It seems more fair to go one for one. People that lined up after me were checked before me as I waited. Not really impressed so far in the 2 visits I have had at this Cypress Costco.

I am unliking Costco day by day due to service. I wanted to buy this heavy AC, they asked me to go back in line as I was checking out the grocery instead of helping me out. They just want their line to go as quick as possible, doesn’t matter if you het what you need or not. Staff checked you while you are exiting and cross reference your items with the receipt. Unnecessary check for no reason. Also, if you need help, you need to find staff. They should hire more people so that they can better assist their customers. Every business, the moment they get traction, their behavior changes.Costco is no different.

We purchased tires from Costco less than two months ago. Went in yesterday because one of the tires was flat. Was told by the representative that the tire had to be replaced and that I would have to pay a difference of $68 because when we purchased the tires they were on sale. I mentioned to him that we have not had the tires that long we had already spent over $800 and he point-blank told me well I’ll just put your tire back on and send you on your way, I found that very unprofessional and asked to speak to his manager . Manager pretty much said the same thing to me except without the snarky comment, while the manager went back into the work area I’m standing at the glass looking at them and one of the employees told a manager she’s just gonna have to pay don’t cave. I found their attitudes and their customer service is very unprofessional I mentioned to the manager please don’t tell me that Costco does business this way. I also mentioned to the manager that I did not even want to purchase my tires from Costco because I knew there would be an issue and there was , the manager asked me why did I decide to get my tires from Costco I told him it wasn’t my decision that my husband is a big fan of Costco and he felt that we would be taken care of should anything happened to our tires, huge mistake . After a very long discussion and overhearing everything that was said about me by three employees of Costco the manager decided to replace my tire and I paid a $10 install fee. I never expected to be treated that way the whole situation could’ve been resolved with a simple sorry about your situation ma’am will take care of you right away, but that’s not how it happened .

Costco itself was fine. It was really busy at both the gas station and in store. Almost too busy at least for me. You can definitely tell pricing increases as well. Staff was great that we interacted with.

Love this place. This is the best location to get gasoline, they have many pumps, you're in and out within minutes. And even if they fill their station up the 18 wheeler is on the other side not blocking any pumps.

Nice place to shop. Employees here seem very helpful and nice. Much better place than Sam's for sure. I will update this if my experience changes, but so far everytime we are here its been great.

Always clean, well-stocked, and employees are generally helpful. They have the freshest produce and great prices on cat litter. The pharmacist is super friendly, too!

Packed as could be, great prices and amazing selection. Only negative experience was that because the clerk forgot to check our milk and one other item, we were recommended to go back in the checkout line to pay, then wait in the exit line again. Decided to not get the milk because of the inconvenience.
