After I had another town post office cancel our passport appointment because their internet was down, I couldn't get ahold of any post office from here to galveston. No one answered except East Bernard. They told us to come on in even though they were fully booked. They were polite, understanding, and very quick with everyone there. They were switching back and forth to get to everyone. My kids were able to get passports, photos, and even left with easter eggs and coloring pages. They were extremely friendly and I am greatful for them fitting us in. Even though they were busy, I was still in and out within 30 mins.

The best cutest post office we have ever visited! Drove in from Houston for passport service and the previous reviews scared me a little. To my complete surprise, the service was fast, friendly and completely the best experience we’ve ever had at a post office. They even made little Easter eggs + coloring pages for the kids while we waited for our documents to be verified. Totally worth the drive!

Terrible post office front desk staff! I applied to renew my passport on March 7, 2022, the application form was sent out, and I lost my passport, which added trouble to me. This kind of mistake should not happen. You take the state salary, and it is this kind of sloppy work attitude towards your work. I really hope your boss can see my evaluation.

They make us use addresses that are inconsistent with the way the world works today. The address they give me is rejected by Amazon and numerous other shippers. Amazon will not let me put the address that USPS gives me in the address slot. The addresses get rejected by the shippers apparently because they don't show up in the USPS database. My stuff gets returned over and over unpredictably. Furthermore, the previous manager at the post office did not do this bad stuff. The current manager swears this is officially how it's supposed to be done, which may be the case for all I know. Something is broken in this system. Help. I am being held hostage by the US Postal Service.

Bad experience here. Don’t waste your time if you need something shipped. These people are rude and look at you like your dumb. Go somewhere else if you don’t want your day ruined. P.S. There’s a red headed lady in there that hates her life and shouldn’t be in the the customer service industry. If you’re reading this, find a different job.

I never leave bad reviews but these people deserve one. Not only did they give me an attitude, the lady in the front kept ignoring me and attending the other customers behind me! If you're going to work at a place that requires customer service, at least improve your people skills. There is no need to be rude to someone coming in for some help.

Can't even do basic shipping functions. Drive to Rosenberg and use UPS instead.
