I was just inside the store looking to purchase a lawnmower and blower. I stood in the store for 10-15 minutes and no one even acknowledged my presence. There were two employees who were working with other customers and I understand they were busy. However the employee behind the counter stocking tools just popped her gum and never asked if I needed help or even acknowledged I was there.

Poor customer service only had 2 people working, there was about 8 people in line , had to leave after 30 minutes in line management did not once tell there customers will be right with you , they need to take classes from Benny's Pawn Shop , and management needs to lead by example, been a customers there for years , only if I can give them a negative 🌟 they don't even deserve a one star ...I will highly recommended Benny's Pawn Shop...

Great customer service from all the staff and specially from Mrs Pam and Mrs Bibi they are very helpful and always have great attitude they make me feel very comfortable to want to keep going back to the store. Store is well organized, sanitized and clean always on point. Congratulations to all of them Keep up the good work.

Bought some Bluetooth earbuds, couldn’t check if they worked in the store because they were dead. Took them home to find out that one of the earbuds doesn’t charge. And the other earbud obviously cant connect. So to keep it short, it’s broken without a way to fix them. Now I’m out 35$ don’t go here all they will say is sorry. With a condescending undertone. If I could give this place half a star I would.

Really good really fast service. Lady’s are super nice and helpful and do their best to try to meet every customers satisfactory needs. Took only like 30 min to pawn my gaming pc and that’s only because I forgot the power cord at the house

I was looking for a computer. The manager Pamela Dominguez was very friendly and attentive. She gave me a very good deal! I will be back. This store is very clean and organized.

I have dealt with this shop many times. I am now done with them. Lets be Honest. When you walk in , there is 5 to 7 employees. 3 customers but they must have a ruke, everyone has to wait. They are busy talking to each other about their weekends and lunch . Then when they approach a cstomer the smiles are gone...ugh. How bothersome these customers are. If your late you have to re buy your stuff. Yet tonight I was going to buy a tv and they refused to even consider making a deal. I ask for them to throw in the 6 warranty and they refused . When I politely informed them they wouldnt be seeing me again .They said ok , Sorry. I wish I could them minus stars. What Ill never do is give them one more penny. I hope they go out of business.

This pawn shop is by far the worse I have ever been to to do pawns,layways,loans,customer service is awful rude i was told yesterday when i called by Adrian to call back in 10 min because manger Pamela said she would be available to speak to me then do to she was with a customer wich is understanding but i called back in 10 min and waited 32 min and still was on hold waiting for her to answer and Pamela did not even have the courtesy to pick up and say if she could call me back so i drove from my residence in Chaparral NM to elpaso to speak to her she was busy if i could give no stars that what they deserve I will be getting all my pawn and a layaway out this friday and I will no longer to business with this pawn shop . I have called there corporate office waiting for a call back because this is not all to this complaint . They have charge me unnecessary money I feel like they cheated me in my layaway just to make more money I was told to pay so much a month and I did come in to make payment and Pamela said I was suppose to be paying more I said why wasn't I told she said she didn't know I dont know was not a good answer for me as she is the manger there so I was charge 36 dollars that did not go towards my layaway it was to give me more time so I did not loose my layaway if I didn't pay I would loose my layaway

I have used first cash pawn shop several times when I needed a little help getting by until payday the manger Pamela Dominguez is very friendly and they always gave me a fair price on the items I sold or pawned. They even have me discounts on the things I have bought. They are a very honest and friendly company. Today I lost $200 worth of tools at first cash pawn they can not find my stuff so they just said oh well you are out there is nothing we can do so I take back everything I said about them I will never use them again
