What ever happened to "welcome to Loves 😁" & " bright 🌞 friendly faces". Ashley n another young lady on the morning shift r the ONLY ones that r ON POINT 👍. Water buckets r rarely maintained to quality specs. Either empty or dirty agua w NO SQUEEGEES. Manny, I believe it's time to STEP UP yo team game. I JUST MIGHT have to start patronizing the folks across the street if U CAN'T live up to the optimum LOVES clean n friendly standards. Respectively, un long time cliente fo over 35 años. 🤔🚛🐓

Card readers never work. Printer always out of paper. They want to force you to come inside and buy something. Long lines inside. Due to everyone having to come into store to activate pumps and get receipt 37 minutes to fuel. Avoid this place if you can.

Don't even THINK of trying to get a shower here. Sure they look new and pretty but the water pressure was absolutely terrible. It took me an hour and a half to shower when it normally takes me 25-30 minutes max. There was water all over the floor by the end of it because the shower had no curtain or any type of partition. The floor got more water than I did. The water would cut off completely at random during the shower. Love's is supposed to be better than the rest, this was not a good experience at all. When I told the staff about the issues with the shower they shrugged it off and put it back in line for some other poor trucker. At the end of the day, I just want a shower that has enough water pressure to wash off the dirt and grime from a rough job. This was disappointing.

This place may have had an exterior and interior update but they failed to improve the plumbing! Shower pressure was awful, it's august in West Texas and the air con in the store as well as the shower temps were around 80-85. Love's needs to improve people comfort not just their bottom line!

Don't waste your money or points on a shower here. Water pressure is horrible. They left dirty wash cloths hanging on the hook. There's no fan ventilation, the fan in there barely works. The water temperature sucks as well. Keep on driving to the next one

Seen one loves you seen them all I suppose. Called speedco needed a alignment and tires and they had a attitude so basically told them to pound sand I'll get it done when I get home, other then the children running the shop every one I encountered inside the store was nice and respectful, parking here wasn't as bad as I was assuming giving the geographical location, fills up quick so overall not a bad place

Always have a good experience at this Love's the techs & mechanics get the job done in a timely manner. Emilio went above & beyond today. I needed to replace 8 trailer tires & he only had 6. He called his other shop & got the other 2 I needed before I showed up to the shop. All the mechanics & techs are awesome & so are the ladies in the shop office. Thank you Love's shop in Horizon City, TX

One of the Dirtiest Loves in TEXAS. The fuel bays are too dirty . Pumps are so dirty and old. You need to bend your back to insert the card. Once you fuel up. Turning to exit will kill your trailer tire. If you are Fully loaded the surface is so bad that it can cost you so much. All most every where you can notice broken surface with big size holes everywhere. Parking lots are more worst. Too dirty and so uneven. We loves loves. But this time it hurts me. Even showers are new. But badly designed. All the time you feel irritated as long as you stay. Vvvvv bad experience at this location. Hv hv millions of views on Google guide I always appreciate loves. But this is really not the place one can appreciate.

Currently under construction, a lot of things going on, I don’t recommend this facility for shower or dining experience, fuel and parking maybe. I took a shower and it was so noisy, showers are pretty old need renovating. Staff are greeting and nice.
