I called this store and Aaron Morales become my HERO! He let me know that they had everything I was looking for at great prices, and any store associate could help us. Aaron was so RIGHT!! Their employees ROCK! They had the Violin ready, and she turned it for my daughter! We even heard a song on a small Violin! I have found our new Music Store!!

Olivas Music has always been a family business for me from my beginning band days into my teaching career. Mr. Olivas and his staff are beyond top notch and make you feel right at home. So grateful for them!

Dropped off instrument to get a small repair. Was told the repair would take 2-4 days to get fixed. When I contacted the store they told me it would take another week. Nobody contacted me to let me know the delay due to the technician being sick. I had to call again to check the status and was told again it was going to take another week. Store lacks customer service and not true to their word. Not worth a star to be given but have to in order to post the review.

Guy who rented me my daughters violin didn't seem to know anything about the violin. I had to go back a week later because the bow was bad my daughters music teacher had to tell her she needed to go back and get it replaced. We live 30 minutes drive from this place. So that was pretty inconvenient.

The staff was courteous, kind and very helpful. We were able to get my daughter’s instrument and accessories quickly. They made sure to get us the right size and they explained everything very thoroughly.

Mr. Olivas is super professional and supportive. The staff was very helpful and explained every detail and options. Positive ambiance that prompts students love for music. My son was able to try out several trumpet before purchasing. There was no rush or time limit while trying out and no pressure. Have been an Olivas customer for about 12 years. God willing, will continue to support local for years to come!

Parking lot was full, store floor was packed but that made no difference in the customer service. We were in and out in about 15 minutes. They have a great system and get you in and out in no time. Not to mention they know their stuff and do it with a smile! There is a reason EVERYONE in El Paso goes there for their music needs.

They had helpful service. The only thing I believe would make the experience better is them actually having marching shoe inventory at hand. It calls for extra unnecessary trips. When I could have gotten them the second I pay for them instead of having to go back to pick them up.

Owner-tech there helped out greatly. Took my neice flute in to get pieces. Thankfully it had warranty and it was honored fully and fixed. Great customer service from the tech as well as the counter employees who assisted me through the whole process.
