I needed a storage pretty quick as I was moving to Horizon and I wanted something close to my soon to be ex residence. Leo helped me get a storage quickly and efficiently. He even found a storage for me on the first level which was easy access to the entrance. I'm very impressed with the level of professionalism, and kindness he provided to me.

The on line system not working. You still have to go inside, wait in line to get the keys and don't forget to leave the gas where you picked up. It costed me 13.00 just for one little line i missed

Very nice and well kept place. But you do have to wait awhile to get your propane.

Customer service is horrible. I booked my reservation week and a half in advance. Entire week my reservation was moved several locations. According to them I got $50 credit for the inconvenience, when I showed up was surprise system was down and my reservation canceled. The worst part I waited 45 minutes for them to tell me the truck I needed was not there. Don't waist your time with them. I have been with BUDGET and I was able to get my reservation with no problem besides their mile charge .89 and trucks much bigger. GO WITH BUDGET.
