Can I Give ZERO Stars? I've been with Wells Fargo for 15 years. In the last two years I haven't been able to speak to a banker. The hours seem impossible, the ATMs never have cash available anymore. Every other week I have to travel to 2-3 ATMs because they are out of service. I've called three locations this morning and none of them have answered. LOOKING FOR A NEW BANK NOW!

Worst customer service experience I have ever had it a branch waited in line inside 20 minutes only 2 receptionist with one customer in front of me. trying to get a print out of my statements, The reception is tells me I can print them at home if I have access online. Then he sends me to talk to a banker waited 20 minutes, bankers are at lunch no customers in there area. They seem chit chatting laughing talking. I walked out no sense in waiting over 40 minutes for a print out. 1 customer in the branch.

Texas is open, but not this location or any other. They never reached out to their small businesses for PPP loans, so I now have to go through someone else. So you have to pay them to get a copy of your own account statement. After you make an appointment for it. Don’t count on Wells Fargo to meet any customer service needs, they like walking around and getting paid to keep everyone locked out.

It is 9:35am on a Monday and the phone just rings off the wall. Nobody will answer. I opened an account here 2 weeks ago and still have not received my debit card in the mail and can't get in touch with anyone here. The customer service stinks!

I've been a loyal credit card customer with Wells Fargo for over 30 years. Today, a female clerk refused to break a couple of a hundreds because "I didn't have an account". The problem is, that they've always done it! But not today , just because she didn't feel like it😔

I wanted to get some money out of my bank so arrived after I got off work. I feel asleep for it was way early for the bank to open. I woke and went to the bank. I tried the door. The bank was closed so went back into the car. Later I got a bank person arrive telling me I had to go for policy. He didn't want me to see how they setup. I refused so he called the police. They arrived .asked me I go. I finally did and I parked around the side. I saw two people arrive and go to the door. Few minutes later a lady arrived. All before the bank open. I had to live for it not opening time but they could stay. I would not go here. I would go to the one on forest lane or beltline and marsh ln.

Spoke to Ross Eastin at this Branch and he was awesome. He spent 30 mins with me filling out several Notaries that I needed for a job. He was on point and pleasant to deal with. I always have a good experience as a Wells Fargo customer at this Branch and guys like Ross make it even better.

Walked in the bank it was empty. Was not acknowledge that I was there. They made me feel un wanted. Had a question an employee attempted to help me . The manager stepped in . She seemed offended and upset. Could tell by the way she spoke to me . She said she couldn't help me that I needed to talk to a banker. Alright I said. I waited for a banker. Banker looked at my account and he couldn't figure out the charge. He couldn't explain. So he offered 4$ dollar credit. He went to talk to another banker. Came back and said . You got a surcharge it is what it is. I can give you only 4$ credit take it or leave it. What got me upset was the way i was treated. (Why the attitude.) It was a simple question that couldn't be answered and felt they wanted for me to leave with a 4 dollar credit. Went to another branch and I got help. They explained in detail. Even searched my account in detail and there was discrepancies that I had on that account (the offer was not even 25% . I had a discrepancy of about $60)
