After requesting an inquiry into why my online car parts order is a week overdue after being routed willy-nilly around the local area and has apparently now been marked “Return to Sender” by the local Post Office Branch, I was contacted by the local supervisor this morning and notified that putting a name and valid address (address confirmed by USPS Customer Service yesterday when I launched the inquiry) is… “…not how it works.”

I have had too many of my checks mailed from this location not get to the destination. What’s the deal at this post office???? Why are 80% of what I mail from this location lost in the mail????? Please advise thanks

Almost always it’s a great experience at the fate post office. However I had guaranteed delivery and they told me they couldn’t refund the money until it was delivered. I’m not super upset about this but I went to another post office to make sure and they emailed the distribution plant for me. My issue was the person that was there today told me it left the distribution center and I told her it says “arrived” not “departed”. Anyways it’s apparently protocol to email the distribution center if it’s priority expressed guaranteed and if I had not gone to the other post office then this wouldn’t of gotten done.
