It's no wonder this place is rated so low. Staffed with two typical government workers. Got there at 12:03, could hear them talking poorly of people behind the counter. I forgot tape,so I asked if I could use some so I could drop off my pre paid postage packages. I wasn't asking for service, just if one of them could be kind enough to hand me some tape. These people have no heart, just told me to come back at 1. What a joke!

Asked on the day not even 4 hours after my package said it was being returned for them to hold it they didn't have it so post man had it. Well they still sent it back even though I asked to hold it. Just horrible service and organization here.

We have a physical address and a mail address. Things get returned to the post Office and when they do i get a lecture from the girl at the front desk. Every time it is condescending. Shes never friendly. I don't understand why we keep funding these people who clearly either don't want a job or appreciate it.

I scheduled an appointment to get my passport here. I couldn't print off the paperwork at home due to printer issues. Dana was sweet enough to have them printed off for me. She was super sweet, and handled everything wonderfully. The process was quick and easy. I would highly recommend.

My mother needed specifications for mailbox and she immediately wrote a number down on paper before she was finished with her sentence. Very rude. When we called, they told us that this office was able to do so (waste of time). Best to Collin County Development.

i called the office because they were having trouble delivering a package of mine. very rude and did not seem to want to help at all. customers are not stupid, we can tell when you're not being genuine.

The employees act like it’s a burden for customers to be in there. They’re extremely lazy and have bad attitudes. These people are the reason the US Postal Service should be shut down. I’m sure FEDEX, UPS, etc. would be more than happy to pick up the slack.

Terrible service. Always late, sometimes mail is delivered at 7pm. We had a package left ON TOP of our mailbox which is about 1 ft from the main road. We were shocked it was even still there considering the package thievery. Government workers at their finest. Worst mail service I eve ever experienced in my lifetime. Do better or do something else.
