Staff was professional and courteous. Very efficient in taking our order. Short wait time for meal. Place clean and enough room to dine in. Sandwiches were delicious and big. Will return. Parking: Adequate parking next to the building. No problem with parking.

not a friendly environment , i felt like i was bothering them and their credit card machine was not working, i overheard one of the employee saying that the internet was down. so when my card didn’t go through one of the guys with glasses spoke loud to me and called me back to pay. I then proceeded to pay in cash. they could’ve apologized but didn’t

This location is poorly managed! Today, Sunday, 7/17/22, they were completely out of Dr. Pepper syrup and Coke syrup for their drink machine! No apology, no offer to refund the cost of our drinks, NOTHING!!! That's poor Customer Service, signs of a poorly run store, and a viable reason to never return!

No public restrooms. They lock the restrooms and will not let customers use them. Pretty sure that's a health violation. Also 30 minute wait per order. One guy making sandwich spending more time talking about so ccer than making food. Manager was chatting with a lady at the cash register the entire 40 minutes I waited for a single sandwich.

Somehow they manage to screw up the sandwich. Bread usually taste old. Is impossible to place an order for pick up. It looks like is manage by kids. I prefer to travel to warren and preston, what a difference!

For a franchise who's primary serve food is Sub. This location's BREAD game is WEEEEK..... Quite often than not i have received Stale Bread 🥖. Service is pretty much they try their best.

Firehouse makes a solid sandwich. My go to is the meatball. It's probably the best thing they offer. Meatballs are tasty and the sauce is thick and flavorful. They put the cheese on before sending it through an oven, so you get it hot and melted on top. They offer a BBQ brisket and cheese that is also decent, but don't go in thinking it's a substitute for brisket from a BBQ joint. It's meat on a bun with bbq sauce. Service at the Frisco location is friendly, but can be slow. I've had coworkers have their orders forgotten about. It can take up to 25-30 min for a sandwich. I also wish they would not wrap the meatball when I get it to go. The paper sticks to the cheese nearly every time and it's just a mess.
