I would recommend EVERYONE to take your child to an actual piercer because it’s more sanitized than a gun and the needle actually hurts less, I promise you ! Please for your kids take them to an actual shop

I went into Claire’s at Firewheel last night with my 2 teenage granddaughters. We got there at 8:20 pm and we requested that one of my granddaughters get a 2nd hole piercing and my other granddaughter and I would only get Cartledge piercing. They told us that they close at 9 pm and we were too late. They had someone in the chair who was almost finished with getting an ear piercing. When I requested that I would not get my ears pierced that I would allow only my granddaughters to get it done, they replyed that it was still too late. Then one worker asked the other and she, very aggregately replied for the other worker to call the manager-on-duty. At that point I replied that we would not get it done and left. As soon as we got into the car to leave, it was 8:25 pm and the girl who was getting her ears pierced was leaving the store. I was really angry that they were rude and turned us away and decided we weren’t going back. This morning went to Target in Garland and got our ears done by “Rowan’s Ear Piercing “. They are licensed nurses and we had a wonderful experience. I will NEVER GO BACK TO CLAIRE’S! For anything!

I went to get my 9 month old daughters ear pierced and I had a terrible experience ! The lady tried piercing my daughters ears but the piercing gun jammed and she was pulling it trying to take it off as the piercing was only halfway in! My daughter was crying and once she got the gun off she tried to push in the earring with her hands! And then tried to get me to do it but I told her to try the gun again because I was not going to let her do it with her hands!! She did it right the second time and still got mad because I told her I didn't want to pay for that! I went to complain the next day and they told me they couldn't do anything but give me some store coupons. I never expected this from Claires as i’ve took other kids and was always great. Sad

We are great service. Got our 1-year-old daughter's ears pierced through an appointment. Would recommend anyone looking to do the same to make sure they have an appointment, and it was quick and easy.

We came to get my 13 year old’s 2nd piercing. We were in the store for 10 minutes looking at earrings. When we went to the counter, we were told since it was less then an hour before closing (55 mins) they can’t do it. We were told to make an appointment. Missed it due to weather. Came in the Saturday after 2 hours before (6:10). While on line, one workers whispers to the other one “tell them....” so obviously they recognized us. Now they told us they were only doing appointments and they had the last one coming at 6:30 and they wouldn’t take any more. Both times the store had one other customer. They sent me to “Sweet Sweetness” where we were served with care and respect. Claire’s has always been our piercing spot. ✌🏽

Got my 3 month old ears pierced here amazing. But do NOT get the flower earrings bc they rip out and get caught easily get the smooth ball ones

Great staff! Came today to get my daughter's ears pierced for the first time. They were very thoughtful and caring and super diligent with hygiene protocols. Without asking she spent extra time to ensure the piercing placement was just right. Thank you for making this memory so special!

I took my 11 week old and 11 year old to get piercings on yesterday. The process was rushed. She had to pierce my 11 week old twice in the same ear because she put the piercing to high. I brought it to her attention when she marked her ear. Her response was "I will pierce under the mark." I was really disappointed when she pierced right on the mark. She had to take it out and redo it. My poor baby was in so much pain. There was no apology provided. First and last time going to specific Claire's.

I stopped by this store on the way home from picking up my 7 year old daughter from school. She had her ears pierced at another location about 6 weeks ago for her birthday. Unfortunately, 1 fell out. As a single dad, I am absolutely clueless about this stuff! My concern was that I didn’t want the hole to close. The girls in this store were absolutely amazing!!! Rockstars!!! I am so appreciative for the time they both took in helping me pick the right replacement earrings and backs and helping guide a big guy with big fingers as to how they went in and went together. I was blown away by their kindness and understanding in helping out a loving dad. I wish I had gotten their names, but I will DEFINITELY be going back to this store! Thank you again ladies for all of your guidance and compassion. I have an excited little girl tonight that can’t wait to show off her new earrings at school tomorrow and it’s all because of you!!!
