Went into the SunCity branch to open up some new accounts and was helped by Penny Bingham who was extremely helpful! She went out of her way to help me with all of my issues. Can not recommend this bank highly enough!

I opened a business account with them in July of 2015. I was told that I would receive an email with instructions on how to sign up for electronic statements immediately. More than nine months later after they have been charging my account $7 a month to send risky snail mail statements to me, I still haven't gotten a single electronic statement or an email instructing me how. After calling in today I was told how to open an online banking account which I did, then after having the E-Statement form that I filled out exactly as they instructed me to denied by them 10 minutes after filling it out, I tried to call immediately (as the form instructed me to if it was denied) and received an automated voice telling me they were closed. They literally sent the denial of the application form 2 minutes before closing and then stopped answering phones. Additionally, the online notification said that I could reply to the message there on the site, but then doesn't give any possible way for that to happen. The online banking is clunky, outdated, and just all around not professional at all. While the website may not be a professional website, the staff themselves are very professional and refunded two of the $7 charges back to my account to make up for some of the confusion. All around a very excellent bank to go to if you aren't concerned with online banking.
