Let’s stat from the beginning.we get here and stand waiting for someone to come to the counter for what seemed like forever then emerges a short lady with a huge attitude.literally screaming about everything and blaming all her life’s problems on the guy behind the counter with her.she was very confrontational with customers as well as the employee that was working with her.the trash cans were over flowing and nothing stocked.I literally stocked the napkins myself so that we could have some.then we set down to eat.what he another couple walk in and have to go through the same waiting at the counter forever just to be met with the rude chubby lady.five min later here comes another family they stand there waiting yet when the lady comes up she acts like they aren’t even there.after standing for five minutes they just decided to leave.this girl should loose her job…she is hurting this business greatly.we will not be back and after over hearing the other two couples neither will they.this is a Sunday afternoon and should be busy yet we’ve been here for an hour and only seen two other couples besides us one of which walked out it’s not that they are busy or overwhelmed yet the employees act as if it’s a huge inconvenience to have to take our orders or make our food.if you are the owners of this company start watching your camera’s I promise you won’t be happy with these peoples performance

VERY WELL KEPT BURGER KING! All the employees are very nice and very patient. Never had a problem with anyone when I come. Been coming for awhile now.

Burger buns were hard as rocks...and we were only ppl inside...so put the food on the tray!! Kids running and doing a poor job. Won't be back. **recently found out all food inside has to be bagged in fast food and no trays or regular salt/pepper shakers etc etc due to covid regs...so I apologize for that comment. But just tell someone so they know! Still bad service and awful food.

Burgers were cold ... The onion rings were mush... I asked for a chocolate shake and it was pretty much vanilla... It took forever to order through the drive thru and that's probably bc there were 2 employees smoking at the back door... Why don't they have to wear hair nets anymore or disposable gloves?? Nobody wants to see people outside smoking and putting their hands in their hair and then going in and cooking your food... Very bad experience... Will never go back

This particular Burger King is a joke. I have tried three times now and each time it has been a terrible experience. The staff are rude and unprofessional. They never get your order right. This particular time every single thing I tried to order “oh we don’t have that right now, oh that machine is broke right now, oh I would have to mix that and it would take like 15 minutes to freeze, oh we don’t carry lemonade (clearly a picture of Minute Maid lemonade in the menu)” I will never go back.

I just went through the drive thru and had to wait 20 minutes behind 4 other vehicles to get my food, and then the burger I got taste so bad I can’t even eat it. I tried to call them and all I got was a busy signal. I have never had this problem with this location before but I am not happy. I paid $9 for a burger I can’t even eat. I got the new Patty melt and it didn’t even have the onions on it, all they put was thousand island!

Dining room is closed, only drive thru is open. No sign in front, or on door, to tell you this. So we had a coupon, 2 chicken sandwiches and 2 small fries for $5. Chicken sandwich was kinda meh. Fries super small. However woman at drive-thru was very nice, and she the reason for an extra star!

They do a decent job in all reality. So why the one star? Each Burger King drive through is timed. They've got target order completion times. In order to meet their goals this Burger King will occasionally have customers pulling forward to artificially deflate their drive through time, thus making it look like they met their goals when in all reality that did not.There's a big difference between moving one long lead customer out of the way versus moving every customer. It's dishonest, shows lack of good character, and a complete lack of integrity. Cheating on drive-thru time implies that you'll cheat on many other things as well.

MOBILE ORDER SCAM This has happened two times now, we did a mobile order just to have them cancel it with no notice until we arrived at the drive thru window. They claimed they did not have some of the items in our order so they had to cancel the full order and we would be refunded. BOTH times we were not refunded the money that was immediately taken out of my bank acct when the mobile orders were placed. If you want BK, go inside or do your order at the drive thru, do not trust mobile ordering. You will not get your food or money refunded.

Today is Christmas Day. Burger King was one of the few places open to eat dinner. We stopped in here and were so disappointed. Not at the food, but the way the manager was yelling at the few employees in the back that were working frantically to fill everyone’s orders. She was rude and condescending. I would never send my child to work for her. Those employees were missing out on Christmas with their families just to be yelled at by a manger who stood there and did nothing. Never stepped up as a leader to help. She really made it a hostile environment for everyone in the store.
