Not meaning to bash this location. But I need to make the community aware. When I visited the store this afternoon. My purchase would have been cereal. As I went for my selection, I noticed that certain brands had an Expiration date of February 2022. Please check your pantries. Stay aware of the dates please.

Rude, the cashier was very rude. She had an attitude because I told her I have a bag and that she can save her store bags, she took it the wrong way, didn’t want to hand me my receipt like she handed the customer receipt before me. She young and Immature and with a attitude like that she will not get far in life at all I actually will pray for the young lady. Coming from someone who owns a business, I never in my life have ever disrespect a customer like that young lady did. Just rude. She also lied said she was the manager, and lied and said corporate office number was outside the door. I will never return to that location again. And I’m posting and sharing on all my social media platform to let everyone know NOT TO VISIT STORE ( #01807) I’ll rather drive 20mins to another location and give me my money. I’m to grown to be disrespected like that.

Just made a purchase and bought some potato chips... I didn't see that a rat or mouse ate through the bag. I tried several times to get the manager or someone, but the phone prompted me to call again and again... I won't be back there, but please check your items before you leave the store if you shop there..

This has to be the dirtiest messiest store I have ever experienced at a Family Dollar. How can a supervisor or someone above these employees and management over see how this store is arranged. There was items all over the floor and it looks like it has not been cleaned in months. I would fire everyone and hire a totally new crew. Like I said I can not for the life of me understand how upper management accepts the way this store is ran .Hell he or she need to be terminated and bring in another supervisor to get this store cleaned up. I mean the floor was so filthy to the point where it gives the chills.

Manager Brittany told me..she didnt care if i had a receipt ..no refund...drive back to the store you got it...very rude..and said she didnt care..clerk text her to the counter and had his phone out ...like he was going to listen to music on his headphones.. horrible customer service...went down the street...no questions asked...watch the video district msnager.
