If you shop at this Kroger they should literally be providing you a W2. You'll have to check yourself out if you plan on not being there an extra 30 min. Horrible scheduling and customer service. I've lived here 15 years and still drive to the Vintage Parkway HEB even though Kroger is less then a mile from my house.

Always clean, stocked ( when its not hurricane season) But usually not a lot of cashiers :( .. if you can avoid between 4pm and 7pm I would advise it, heavily.

I used to shop there and the store was always clean and well-stocked. The only issue was sometimes I couldn't always find an employee when I needed assistance with something.

Customer service hardly open. Self checkout has been having problems. Very unfriendly employees. I use to like this store.

You have to watch the final prices closely. Takes more time because only customer service can reimburse you. Store is really clean.

The store has improved now fromthe 10 yrs I worked there. I was one of the Florists & the shop hadn't been updated from the older models. Every store that has a remodel would change the floral shop to be more custom friendly. It has now been updated, unfortunately I'm not working there anymore Everything now id give 4 stars. The Pharmacy is the worst in. Wait time, &the customer service is the worse than any other KROGER Or other pharmacies, some literally in their parking lot.

I do not recommend this store for online shopping/curbside. They select the poorest of quality for curbside even giving milk that clearly went bad within the week. Seems they pass on items to curbside customers that are nearing "discard". If you are like me and prefer curbside to instore, I recommend HEB @Louetta and 249. This store is ok for instore but not curbside.

We bought an expensive bottle of wine but when we opened it to celebrate New Years it tasted of vinegar. These bad wines are sold at Kroger and they don't want to pay you back because it's an "open" bottle. How absurd! I lost my money. It is better not to buy wines in this supermarket chain. Half star
