I understand putting $125 hold on a debit/credit card. I do not understand why my purchase is limited to $75. I own a work van and it cost me around $130 to fill up. Employees and manager said that it was my bank that put hold on card. Then he told me that it was Shell that made the decision. I guess he figured I was just stupid because I went to bank and talked to Shell employees and found out that it is false. Luckily a hold does not effect me but I do have employees that it does.

Horrible Company to work for, their locations are not kept up to standards, slime/mold growing on bottom of beertainer, workers are always jerks they do not care about customer service, roaches, crickets, poisonous spiders all can be found in storage places. Also rats scurrying around in the ceiling. Just all around, the company needs an overhaul or a shutdown.

I'm done with timewise. I will never shop at another one ever again houston/katy resident. These people are on almost every corner. I will drive 100 miles out of my way before I return to another timewise. STAY AWAY!
