Good store but they didn't have all the sizes for the customs , the quality material is very cheap for the amount they cost , the pictures in the advertisement are awesome but when you go to the store and see quality it's just terrible...$49.99 plus tax , they need to work on much better quality.....

This place is amazingly laid out since they changed locations. The way things are organized makes it to much easier to find not only what you need, but things you didn't know that you needed. I really commend them on how they have the shopping area of the store. However, checking out is always a huge pain in the but here. I've never seen more than one person checking out people at a time, and I think that because there's no way there would be room for more than one cart at the tiny check out desk. I have no idea why they made it this way. It's AWFUL! Since it's just a walk up counter and not lanes like most places, it's just not made for cart fulls of stuff. I do party planning on the side, so I always have large orders, but here you have to guide your cart through the narrow lane the unload the whole cart on the 1 square foot of space you have on the counter. It's a terrible set up. It's bad for the customer but so hard for the poor check out people. Since I can only put so many items on the counter at a time you have to wait for them to bag it up, you put that bag in your cart then you can unload more. I'm sure so much stuff doesn't get checked out because of this. They would never know if you didn't put something on the counter and I bet people take advantage of this. It's a terrible lay out for the check out. Hard on customer and employees. There's got to be a better way. Lanes give the customer the opportunity to put everything on the line and then collect checked items at the end of line. Also, checking out takes forever here, because of the poor lay out. Today when I went there was someone complaining about something and it took ages, and I was back 4 people in line. I bought so much stuff, but I spent more time in line than shopping. At several points I thought to just leave my cart and go home! You've got to do something about this. That tiny counter does not work. Y'all will be in so deep if you don't fix this before Halloween people will just be walking out with their costumes instead of paying. Please fix this and it would be a 4 star rating. Only 4 since NO EMPLOYEE WILL EVER APPROACH YOU AND ASK IF YOU NEED HELP!
